Neil does quality work at a fair price and timely manner. The renovation of our bedroom, bathroom and exercise room was exceptional and just as we picture it! He went above and beyond even installing an infrared sauna I had previously bought. Even to this day I call him for any repair needed in the house, although he specializes in construction projects, knowing that I will be in good hands. I have no hesitation in referring him to my friends.

Neil and his crew completely finished our basement. Completely transforming the space into one of our favourite spaces in our home. He added a bedroom, a 4 piece bathroom, kids toy/work room, wet bar/kitchenette, additional living/sitting space with fireplace. During the renovation he was efficient in managing all the required sub-contractors and ensured our project stayed on time and on budget minimizing the stress on us and our family. He was also extremely attentive with our needs and patient with us throughout the project when we struggled with last minute design changes and/or decisions. Neil's employees were also very professional and were mindful of the fact we were living in the upper parts of the home during the renovation and kept the project neat and tidy throughout the process and ensured that the rest of our home was not impacted by any construction mess. Neil communicated with us throughout the project when minor changes were required and kept us informed throughout the process. Neil has an extremely high attention to detail and holds himself to a very high standard and it shows in his finished work. The finished product was everything we dreamed our basement to be. I would highly recommend Constructing Concepts for any building or renovation needs.

I had the pleasure of working along side Neil and his crew for several years as their electrical contractor on a wide variety of projects. They always pulled the appropriate permits and insured projects were completed to code. I have since moved on to the inspection field and see dozens of sites daily. We recently purchased a new build from Constructing Concepts. We had looked at a number of homes within Kingston and the surrounding area. Despite our initial intent to purchase somewhere in the downtown core of Kingston, our realtor Jesse Robertson (Re/Max Finest Realty) brought us to this wonderful area in Inverary, recommending we look at a house from Constructing Concepts. We fell in love with the location and talked to the owner/builder of the home Neil Garrison. The main floor of the house is stunning. It has modern design, clean high end finishes, a large beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. He walked us through the process related to construction of the foundation, showing us pictures, and we were very impressed with the meticulous details he gave. As a new build, the basement was unfinished and that was the only sticking point initially in our decision to make an offer. We were able to negotiate and work with Neil to get the basement finished for closing as part of the deal. Our offer was accepted and the next day COVID shutdown happened causing delays in the start of the basement project. Neil and his team remained flexible despite the shut down and delays related to COVID. He was proactive and communicated with us throughout, going out of his way to ensure we were happy with the plan. Once restrictions were lifted, Neil and his team went to work. The team completed the basement, working safely and to a high standard. His team were polite, and courteous. The finishes and details are excellent and to the same standard as the main floor. Any questions, issues or changes we had for Neil and his team were dealt with quickly and professionally. For anyone considering buying, building, or renovating in the Kingston and surrounding area, we would highly recommend Constructing Concepts.
