Wanted to share my experience purchasing CaraCo home. From the start to the very ending. It was an amazing time and everyone was very helpful. The rating is staying at 5 only because everything was delivered on time without delays. Only issue was Maria at the design center upselling us by saying "If you upgrade to this, this is exactly how it will look like" The wife and I made the mistake to say yes go ahead and do the upgrade. Just make sure whatever the item you're upgrading, in the contract before signing it. Have her include every detail that she has pointed out. Especially the Master Ensuite Shower. She will let you know that this is exactly how it will look like and you will be disappointed with you get your home. Anyhoo have an amazing day!

We bought the Caraco model home in 2007 in Cobblestone Ridge. Last year we had to replace the roof shingles. Come to fine out that the roof vents were only plastic decorations as no holes were ever cut into the plywood. Explains why the roof tiles overheated and baked in such a short time. Very dissatisfied to say the least!
