I employed them to install flooring in my upstairs bathroom, and two entryways. The tiling has since lifted in several small areas in the bathroom, and on many of the steps in the rear entryway. I spent several weeks explaining my situation with one of their representatives, but was met with hostility, and dismissal. Ultimately blaming the installation technicians. I’ve since had to replace the poor workmanship myself. Shop around, and find independent contractors who specialize in this work.

Very polite staff. Had issues with my flooring although my land lord cheaped them out. They did come back to fix it. It was definitely my land lords fault bc they want to go the cheapest route instead of having things done properly. Great staff very accommodating. Great with kids lol.

They are extremely professional, clean, polite and friendly. They take pride in their work and do everything right the first time. After each day, they always cleaned up after themselves. Chad and Andrew are people you need installing your floors. They represent Action flooring very well. All I can say is thank you for all your hard work and keep up the great work!!!!
