After receiving our service request, Kevin responded promptly, confirmed the date and time of the appointment, and sent a text when he was on his way, which I found very considerate. He has been respectful of our home and the work area. Kevin discussed his findings of clogged coils and likely a problem with the original installation, which other service techs never followed up with when the unit was still under warranty. We are very pleased with the work done by Kevin for the installation of our mini split wall heat pump. At our first meeting Kevin gave us all the options so that we felt we were well informed to make the best choice of product.
