Sheldon and his team have been amazing and so helpful!! They helped out when we needed help. They hooked up my moms new mobile home. As well helped us out with we had some plumbing complications. A huge help, and a big thank you to KB Plumbing for being so good to and helping us out!!

No showed on original agreed upon date. After calling them I was told I was mistaken and the appointment was the next day. No showed again the next day with no call. I can post the transcript of our original conversation if you would like. Where you had trouble with your new computer system to actually enter in the appointment. Where we talked about the employee possibly coming to take a look at the job on Monday afternoon before starting the job fist thing Tuesday morning. If you didn't like my tone when I called then you should have been honest tand not told me you would be coming the next day. I wouldn't have taken time off work, and wasted another day. It's your business, you run it however you want but at least be honest and don't waste people's time. Every one is busy right now, stuff happens jobs run overtime, scheduled get messed up but being less then honest and wasting people's time is a poor practice.

Sheldon and his team left me very impressed today while I was in the middle of a no-heat crisis and living out of town. Despite having a massive workload, his team made time for my rapidly cooling house and saved the day in a very cost effective and strategic manner. Fully recommended.
