Triple by pass door wavlery heights basement -we came into this with a complete open basement layout. - my architectural drawings guy listened to what Dash Builders had to say and what they were looking to build in this space .then we came up with 5 different layouts for the basement on drawings. We decided to go with option B. This gave us the dry bar area for serving and storage for our bottle. the black thermofoil cabinets with qartz top really gave that bar the look we were going for. We installed a small 2 piece bathroom in basement. The really wow factor of the basement is this custom built triple a glass sliding doors that open into a wall Pocket. When the doors are open that side of the basement to the gym room. It looks magnificent. Thanks guys.

We had a leak from our ensuite shower into our first floor and we had to have unexpected renovations. Dash Builders fit us in and got the job done very quickly. We rebuilt our deck with brown treated wood and metal picket railings. Dash builders did a fantastic job, always there when they said they'd be, worked quickly, the quality of the workmanship was great, and the cleanup was complete. The railings took forever to come, but not Dash's fault. We'll definitely call them again for any renovations in the future.

November 2020 - Installation of aluminum soffits, fascia and eavestroughs: this is our 7th renovation with Dash Builders and crew and again, we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Previously they had built us a new deck replacing the old one, renovated two bathrooms, extended the hardwood floor in the living room to the window wall, over an unsafe and unnecessary small, narrow, useless "sunken" area, a total kitchen redo, and renovated our mudroom to make it better functioning. This time, the two-man crew did a highly professional installation of fascia, soffits and eavestroughs, as well as cladding around the overhead garage door and man door frames, all of which gave our house a fresh, new look and brought positive comments from our neighbours. Dash Builders and their crew has not disappointed us in any aspect of dealing with them. From our initial contact with Shaun to discuss scope of work, to the work actually being done, we knew we would get quality along with reasonable pricing (and even a couple of perks thrown in here-and-there). Dash Builders/Shaun is accommodating, places high value on staying in communication throughout the process, provides excellent customer care, works hard to get the job done properly (most remarkable in the stifling heat and high humidex of this past summer!), provides honest answers to all questions, gives good suggestions and guidance, and is "The" builder to go with if you want a responsible, knowledgeable, professional, reliable and trustworthy company to engage for any construction or renovation project you may need done. Dash Builders gets a 6+ star rating out of 5 from us for always coming through for us with their very best. Thank you, Shaun, Danny and crew, for another reno commendably done.

I found Dash Builders through the Manitoba BBB website, and agree they deserve an A+ rating! My project was a full gut and renovation of a bathroom in an elderly home that had been the victim of some bad DIY by a previous owner. Despite finding a variety of unexpected issues during demolition, the project went off without a hitch, was completed on time and even slightly under budget. Shaun was quick to respond to any inquiry, and provided excellent advice as to product choice in the face of the ongoing supply chain issues. The work done by Danny and Eric was top notch, and the finished product was far better than I thought was even possible. Highly recommended, I will definitely be calling them again for future projects.

Hi! We found Dash Builder’s info on the Manitoba Home Builders Association website. My partner & I were very happy with the way the kitchen, guest bath & ensuite turned out. Shaun and Danny were on time, always did what they said they would do, and cleaned up at the end of each day, even though we weren't living there. They estimated 6 to 7 weeks to do all 3 projects. They were done right on the six week mark. We did a walk through with Shaun and Danny and found a couple drips in the paint but that was all. Shaun got his painter to come back that same day to fix them. Other than that we had no issues or complaints. Except, despite our efforts, Danny and Shaun don't stop and eat lunch. We had a great experience and have told our friends how easy and great our experience was. Hope you all have the same. Take care.

When our local plumber told us that the 3rd floor bathroom leak in our 100+ year old home was going to require replacement of the entire stack (from basement to roof), we knew we needed to find a company that could handle the entire job from start to finish. It was going to be a massive project over multiple months - impacting 4 bathrooms and our kitchen ceiling. We're so glad we found Dash Builders! Shaun and Danny were professional from day 1 - visiting twice to ensure they had everything correct before providing an estimate. Once we decided to proceed, they started on time and communicated regularly and consistently. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Every individual that visited our house (from the demolition crew, to the plumbers, tilers, painter, and cleaners at the end) was professional and respectful - taking pride in their work. Their team went out of the way to avoid causing extra cost for us. At one point, they thought they were going to have to remove our kitchen cupboards to get the stack out from that area (which would have ruined the cupboards because of their age). They came back the next day - having found another solution that involved the plumber spending most of the day squished into the space under our sink - cutting a hole in an area that no one will ever see. Throughout the project we found them fixing up unrelated little things they discovered as they were working. When everything was done, they hired a cleaning service to do a top to bottom cleaning of all the areas they had been working in... which again ended up going well beyond those areas into other parts of our house. The project was completed on budget without any surprises - we even got a little bit off our last payment because we selected some cheaper vanities / faucets than they had budgeted for. We've had some really bad renovation experiences in the past... Dash will 100% be the first place we call the next time we need something done. Couldn't be more satisfied

My husband and I had recently gone through an excavation nightmare after purchasing our first home, needless to say after that entire experience I had lost all faith in contractors. That being said, we were left with no interior walls, partially damaged ceiling and carpet purchased and waiting to be installed for close to 10 months. After a family member had recommended Shaun and Dash Builders to repair our ceiling and replace the drywall because they had used them for a few jobs and gave a 1000 percent recommendation we decided to get in touch. Well, not only did they repair our basements walls and ceiling, they also were able to install the carpeting we had been waiting to do on top of everything else. I'm not the type of person who will leave a recommendation, however, please do not ever hesitate to contact Dash Builders. They have restored my faith in contractors and I will not hesitate in recommending them to anyone requiring any work done on their home. Save yourself the time, expense and aggravation in searching for honesty, integrity and getting it done right. Had I only known prior, but I will most definitely be using their services again! How do you thank a company or someone who goes above and beyond a general request to have a small job done in a timely and professional manner. What words of thanks and appreciation does one say about such an individual for taking the initiative in a situation and making it all better. DASH BUILDERS-Shaun - succeeded. To come home at the end of the day and see the front storm door flying in the wind was bad enough, but who, where, how was I to fix this. I remembered - Dash Builders - 2 years ago had removed the deteriorated chimney and rebuilt that portion of the house, including the shingles to perfection. I e-mailed Dash Builders, Shaun replied promptly, showed me a potential new storm door, came to the house, removed the old and replaced with the new. The evening I e-mailed DASH BUILDERS - I was sitting at my computer wondering why did my husband, who would have know what to do, die just 2 months ago. I had DASH BUILDERS on my go-to-list, and they made it all better. Five stars is not nearly enough to award a company for such excellent service. Thank You DASH BUILDERS

We used Dash to do a complete overhaul of our house. The whole house got new flooring, which included plank vinyl, carpet and tile. We painted every room in the house, and we extended a bedroom and added another bedroom. Shaun was amazing, his workers did a very good job. I highly recommend Dash Builders!

I was very impressed from the time the project started, with the materials showing up on site when Shaun said they would, to the completion one week earlier than projected. It was neat because I bought a mobile trailer and we actually lived in the back yard while the renovation was going on. We got to see the progress daily. Dan and Shaun really impressed us. Exquisite work! I hired Dash Builders to remove a window and replace it with a door/landing. My house is very old with beautiful original moulding, so I wanted Dash Builders to match the existing moulding in the house. They did all this perfectly within a day in a half. Dash builders did a bathroom renovation for me this winter. They were recommended by a co-worker, who spoke very highly of some work they had done in her kitchen. We hired them to completely redo our master bathroom, from tip to toe. Upon first meeting with them my husband and I felt immediately comfortable with Shaun and Dan's obvious knowledge of building. We were grateful they were able to bring up several good points that we hadn't even thought of, prior to doing any work. They saved us what could have been an expensive mistake, which could have been hard to change if we didn't catch it early on. They were courteous, punctual and over all pleasent to work with. We plan on doing an addition this summer and we wouldn't even consider having anybody but Dash Builders do the work.

I reached out to Shaun after many, many attempts at finding a professional to look at the faucet of a bathtub in our (former) home. We had sold the house, and the new owners had taken a quick possession, which made communication key as I was paying for the fix but needed the new homeowner's to let Shaun and his team into the home, as well as they had to be on board for the suggestions that Shaun was making. Within a day or two, Shaun had reached out to the new homeowners to set up a time to be let into the home. At the same time as he was communicating with them, he was keeping me in the loop. He was very honest and straightforward with me about the challenges, but also understood that we had a budget so we had to try to keep things simple. Needless to say, Shaun and his team were able to fix the tub in a short time-frame and well-within my budget! I was very impressed with Dash Builders and would highly recommend them to anyone.
