I second the review from a sub contractor position on this company! And I am not surprised to see this company has a low rating over all. They have poor communication, cut the cheques, are extremely rude, LIE and create scenarios which suit them and are difficult to do business with. I would NEVER recommend anyone do work for them. Shame on you!!!!!

This company is a nightmare if they are building near you. They have a complete disregard for the rights of neighbours in the area of the construction site. We have had their outhouses put on our property, construction materials all over the place obstructing right of ways, workers parking in private driveways and on streets obstructing snow removal. They have been spoken to by individuals and strata council representatives. They apologize and carry on doing what suits them without regard for private property or how much it inconveniences anyone else. The owner of the property they are working on is now being fined weekly for each infraction by the strata council. The owners will not be happy about the fines or about the animosity the builder is creating with the neighbourhood into which they will someday move.

Accent LED Lighting

As a sub contractor working to install permanent festive lighting on the outside of a residence at Big White, we have nothing but praise for Weninger as they were extremely helpful in coordinating the project and providing assistance with access, lifts, and answering all our questions plus taking care of small details. Also, the paperwork side of things went smoothly great details so that the project flowed smoothly with everyone knowing what needed to be done. We were so fortunate to be able to work with Weninger Construction to build our chalet at Big White. As we were remote for much of the process, it was critical to have partners who we could completely trust from the ground up. The home we envisioned was quite different in style to a typical Big White chalet and they embraced our vision and made it come to life, delivering on unique features of beams, lighting and a modern kitchen. They worked as a team to provide a full service custom build, from design and engineering to permits, approvals, construction as well as finishes. Their communication was excellent and their attention to detail was highly impressive. The team had excellent problem solving skills and gave us great options when any construction issues were encountered. Perhaps the best evidence of the team’s integrity and commitment to excellence was their follow though on the finished product. Even after all of the invoices were paid and the project was ostensibly complete, the team worked to ensure that any necessary adjustments or deficiencies were promptly addressed. Shauna the Project Manager was very organized and kept the designs and specifications for the project clear. The job site was well managed by their site super Ethan. Our installers always had a safe and clean environment to work in. We where especially impressed with the efficiency of the build. working as subcontractors stay away from this company they dont like to pay the invoice always cut the cheque, my advice for subcontractors dont waist your time.+ they use cheap labour with no skills just to try pay lowest rate in town. for futur clients please stay away from this company terrible quality, always have answer to dont pay there bill. Safe environment it joke I never saw in my life dirty site and dangerous , bringing labour from different country just to pay cheap labour worst company in okanagan
