Great company! I called them to get a retaining wall built in my backyard. Upon working with Ron, he took what little ideas I had and turned my yard into something I no longer need to be embarrassed by. Now I can’t wait to show it to my friends and family. A block wall, irrigation, turf and clean up on my existing landscape, they did it all and worked thru the smoke and high temperatures. Ron and his crew did an excellent job far surpassing anything I could have thought off!! Great work guys!!! Everyone I met were very friendly and helpful and their billing was itemized and very easy to understand. Would highly recommend this company! I have some other work I will like to get done next year and will certainly be giving them a call.

Okanagan Yard Works has done an exception job cleaning up my yard. They removed all the fallen leaves, did an irrigation blow-out, and even cleaned my gutters. I am very grateful for their services.

We're a small strata, used OKYW for a landscape renovation project along our driveway. Wasn't done quite right first time, but a different crew came back and fixed it perfectly. Clean-up afterwards spotless. We use their other company OK Snow for snow removal. Not 100% glitch-free. However as with the landscape project the management is awesome -- no issue about taking responsibility and getting any concerns fixed ASAP. They will do very good work, even if sometimes a re-run is needed.

We hired them to do a small-medium sized project. They went over on cost by 10-20% and didn't even finish it. Once the deposit was paid, months went by without even a start date. Calls went unreturned and email responses were condescending. On the flip side, they did eventually show up, most of what we expected was done and their crew seemed nice. Bottom line - they'll show up (eventually), do *some* work and you'll probably try a different landscaper next time.

These guys are amazing, quick accurate quote. They removed all our old un-level lawn, back-filled, put down new sod in just over 2 days and cleaned up everything before they left! Chuck is a magician on the equipment and probably the hardest worker I have met in quite a few years! I would highly recommend them for any landscaping needs! Thanks for the amazing job!

I needed some repair work done in my back yard. This involved levelling and retaining the edge of the bank drop off with additional rocks, rebar and boards. I called for a quote and I was scheduled in quickly for an estimate with Cole. He was very knowledgeable and professional and got a very reasonable quote to me quickly. He was also able to explain in detail every aspect of it and gave a recommendation on how my backyard problem could be solved. The work got done very soon after and we were very pleased with the finished product. Looks better than I could have expected. On time, stuck to the quote, great work and will call them up for the next project!

The corner of my yard was recently driven over by an Amazon delivery driver and Amazon required a quote for repair of damages to the property, I was turned down by 3 companies who were unwilling to quote on the repair due to a variety of reasons, the common being "they didn't want to". When I contacted Okanagan Yard Works, Rachels courtesy and professionalism while hearing my situation was second to none. After sending pictures of the damage, OYW was able to provide me a more than reasonable quote to repair the damage to the property within 1 day! I have already booked a consult for another yard work project at my house and look forward to referring and using Okanagan Yard Works for future projects.

Our initial conversations with Jeremy gave us high hopes for a quality job landscaping our property. Unfortunately we were too easygoing on the timeline and what we received was unsupervised, untrained labor to do the work. I had to stop the work after several thousand dollars and bring in another company to redo what Okanagan Yard Works had started. Highly disappointed. August 7, 2017 Update: After seeing my Google review of Okanagan Yardworks the co-owner, Jan contacted me to discuss what went wrong last year. She was sincere and apologetic for the crew that worked on my property and convinced me to meet with her lead hand Tessa to discuss another landscape project in order to make it up to me. I was very impressed with Tessa's approach and ideas so a deal was made to give Okanagan Yardworks a second chance. The results are excellent, the work was done on-time and on-budget. I admire Jan for reaching out and fixing a business relationship and will not hesitate to call her for the next project.
