We hired All-In Contracting to build, from the ground up, an accessory building to house an Art Studio and Office on our property. Dan listened to our needs and visualized something that far exceeds our initial expectations of what was possible. Excavation, which was major because we built on a slope, began on March 23, 2020, and here we are, on June 10 (less than three months later), with final inspection complete. From beginning to end, the project unfolded perfectly. Dan is a master at scheduling. The trades -- which were all excellent, professional, and personable -- were on site, one after the other, day after day throughout the build, with the only down time being weekends and the occasional days spent waiting for materials. Dan sent us detailed monthly financial reports on all costs and expenditures, and happily consulted with us on alternative cost-saving measures? Best of all, the project came in more than $15,000 under the projected budget. Dan Byl and business partner Jeff Marshall are consummate professionals and we can't recommend them highly enough. We moved to Kelowna on February 28. Met with All In Contracting principal Dan Byl on March 2nd ,who estimated he could start in early May to renovate a bathroom and build and equip a Kitchen. In the walkout basement. On March 3 Dan called to let us know a client had decided to build his own kitchen based on Dan’s plans. Thanks to this cancellation he had time manpower and a slot available at his cabinet supplier. His cancellation turned into our good luck. We met that day to order cabinets tiles and countertops and over the next couple of weeks we made other choices for vanity and bathroom fixtures By April 19 demolition began and the bathroom and kitchen were ready to be occupied again on April 29. We feel blessed to have met Dan and will use him again for any construction management we undertake in the future. I recommend All In Contracting with out hesitation. A true honest partner with great knowledge and premier work.
