Sean and Cameron came to the cottage in Bobcaygeon on a Saturday morning (on time) and did not charge extra for weekend service unlike most of the others. The quote for the water tank and installation was very competitive and in most cases, for the Saturday work, the best I came across. They were professional, knowledgeable, clean, and explained the set up and functions of the new hot water tank. Very Happy with the service and see it as money well spent. Highly recommend.

I don't know what the previous negative review was talking about. This is an outstanding company. He lives about a kilometre away from me and is always here to help. He even does things for free. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for plumbing in cottage country. He is trustworthy helpful and not overly expensive. Someone obviously had an axe to grind and I'm sorry that a negative review was posted I have never had any bad experiences and have used them many times. And to the negative reviewer, why don't you man up and sign your name, and if you have an issue call the business and get it resolved rather than hide behind a keyboard and hurt a small business.

They are great and provide great service. Rhonda will even answer her phone on the weekends. These guys live up to their promises and are fair to the customer.

Thank you very much! what else can I say. I live on a lake and wells are new to me. I went to have a shower and unfortunately had absolutely no pressure. I called several plumbers, of which no one was available. I called TLC and Rhonda made a point of ensuring that someone came out same day. The plumber and apprentice were super friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed the issue quickly and didn't try to oversell me on anything. Was a simple fix but I could not have done it myself. I'm so happy with the speedy service and honest quality of work. I highly recommend TLC and will use them again with any plumbing related issues.

Came home at 5pm on Friday to the house we just bought with no water pressure in my tank, called everyone local, no answer, called Trent lakes complete plumbing and was greeted within 2 rings. A great guy named Matt who said he was relatively new to the company came to our house within two hours and was able to diagnose a faulty control box relay on our submersible pump, he had the exact part in his truck and was able to replace the unit and get our water working again with in half an hour of being there. Highly recommended. Thanks for getting my water back on!

If you need fast and reliable service AVOID THIS COMPANY. It is not 24/7 service and they are very rude and their customer service is ZERO. Our basement was flooded last week by septic back up and we need plumber. The company owner Shawn is a very rude person advising us that we can wait 6 days or even longer till they can come to provide a service call as we live in Toronto and this is our 2 nd house (nice 4 season house btw we bought from famous Larry Robinson from Montreal Canadiens) . No day or time of appointment was given to us and we did call them 5 times. Wife is his secretary and she can not even advise us who is coming to our house, when and what time. If you need fast and reliable service AVOID THIS COMPANY. It is not 24/7 service and they are very rude and their customer service is ZERO

I have used the services of Trent Lakes Complete Plumbing, twice; I was very happy with their service on both occasions. The first time, they responded to my emergency call at 2:00 a.m., and their plumber came to help unclog our toilet in the early morning. The second time, for a similar problem, I called them on a Saturday, and again received a very prompt and efficient service.

The service was good, guy changed water tank, but they charged travel time as labor hours and cheated on this. Also I called them because the company open 24 hours, in a reality they rate on Sunday 1.5. I contacted your business but no response.

They immediately set up an appointment and were at our home at the time promised. The owner, Shawn, quickly assessed the situation and offered a solution. In response to the reply from the company: No I am not a competitor or an ex-employee. Not sure how you could deny the fact that someone calls for plumbing service, and the person who shows up to do the work is (at times) an unlicensed helper/apprentice. I did not use my real name because quite frankly I don't want you coming back to my house. I also waited awhile to post this because I do not wish to identify myself. If you don't like my review, fine, but don't try and deny that the owner allows unlicensed helpers to complete the work (while he isn't even onsite). It happened to me twice. Once for scheduled plumbing work, and then again for an emergency after hours call (the person who showed up alone was not a licensed plumber). No one would object to having a hired helper or apprentice (afterall that's how the industry grows) but they should not be completing the entire job! Please don't try to deny this practice...if you do, you're just showing a further lack of integrity. Avoid this company. The owner Shawn sends his unlicensed helpers/apprentices in to complete the work and he doesn't even show up at jobsites. This way he can pay them a low hourly wage, and charge us consumers a high rate, and pocket the difference. I have suspicions that he may not be properly licensed or insured. STRONGLY SUGGEST GOING ELSEWHERE

called late on a Friday afternoon and got an answer without going into Voicemail and they came out within an hour to resolve our no water issue. In this day in age it is very hard to get a live person answering your call and to have a guy out within an hour is amazing. I typically find that we don't normally leave reviews, unless they are negative but as Trent Lakes Complete Plumbing left our residence recently, I thought to myself... I'm impressed! We don't nearly give companies the recognition they deserve for a job well done! We called upon TLC Plumbing to assist with our complete laundry room renovation. Shawn the owner, came to our home prior to booking a service date to help us carefully plan the layout of our laundry room and pick out the fixtures. The job was not an easy one nor a pretty one but the guys got right to work and didn't even bat an eye at our awfully uncomfortable dirt floor crawlspace! Shawn & his helper were EXTREMELY polite, friendly & helpful! Having workers in your home can at times be awkward but Shawn fit in like he was part of the family, laughing and joking the whole time! It put me at ease! And here's the kicker... the got the job done RIGHT! And it was done right the FIRST time! Having the job completed right the first time proves their level of expertise and commitment to making sure their customers are satisfied! We have also used TLC for emergency after hours service when we had an issue in our bathroom. They were here less than 20 minutes after calling them and were out the door in less than 30 minutes with the job completed perfectly! Thank you to Shawn, Ronda & the Team! It's comforting knowing there is someone close to home we can count on!
