The owner Randy was very attentive to our needs, helped us design the perfect pool of our family and looked after all the details so we could enjoy the process. The building team were respectful of my family, my neighbours and kept a clean job site. They even let my 5 year old help with small parts of the construction. I would highly recommend them.

We took the "plunge" and decided to put in a pool during COVID - super frustrating! After many calls were not returned or everyone was too busy, we started to think about delaying the project. Then we saw a number for a company, gave them a call and spoke to Randy. The only company that did exactly what they said they would do. Randy came to our house, gave us his vision, quoted us on the spot and the rest is history. We instantly thought what a genuinely great person Randy and his team were awesome! They were friendly and were always having fun even on extremely hot days. We would totally recommend Randy and his team from Signature Pools!

Randy and his entire team were nothing but wonderful from start to finish. They were knowledgable, hardworking, and it was enjoyable to have them working in our backyard for the summer. Even with the impacts of COVID they stayed positive, and did everything they could to make the installation of our pool as smooth and as timely as possible. And, they always had time to give some attention to our dog!
