I had my roof done by this company two weeks ago, fantastic job it! There were 180 bundles and the crew at Precision Roof had my whole roof done in 2 days. Very nice guys, very good at what they do also very friendly and respectful. I've got two young children and they were out playing while some of the work was going on and the respect the boys showed my house and family was amazing. The job was done neatly and precisely. I recommend this company if you need your roof fixed/replaced!

Excellent roofing company. I had Precision roofing do my Keswick home and some repairs at my cottage. Both jobs were done well and efficiently. Precision roofing shingled my roof and carport. The estimate was almost double from the other quotes I got but I figured I would get a quality job which I didn't get. The roof began to leak between the carport and the house within the first year. Now shingles are falling off the roof of the house because they were never nailed down to begin with. When I went up on the roof to replace shingles that had fallen off the roof I discovered that there was no tar/felt paper under the shingles. The roof was done several years ago BUT with the high cost of replacement that I paid and if the job was done right in the first place, the lifespan of the roof should be a lot longer than just a few years. I have called in to have these issues corrected and was told "the weather has been bad this season" ie. windy, lots of snow or ice and it happens. BEWARE of this company you do not always get what you pay for! UPDATE ! As per your response below, yes you did install ice and water shield on the first three feet BUT above that level there is no felt or barrier between the shingles and the wood.As for the shingles that have fallen off the roof they were wedged in tightly as they would be with the existing shingle pattern therefore would not fall off on day one but with time and weather came off,and when examined had no nail holes in the shingle material.
