Hands down the best quality and service I have ever experienced. Went way above and beyond and left us with a beautiful huge glass door trimmed and cleaned without any other trace they were there. I can’t recommend them enough and wish I could give them 6 stars. It was that good. The owners are as honest and fair as they come.

We had Nortech replace most of the windows on our century home in 2014, minus three windows in the rear of the house. We were so impressed by their work that when we were ready to do the last three windows, we called them right away. From start to finish, everyone we've dealt with at Nortech has been courteous and dedicated. We haven't had any issues at all with any of our windows. They look amazing, and keep our home SO MUCH WARMER in the winter, and cooler in the summer.

When talking to the woman in the showroom I couldn't get her to listen or answer my questions. Plus she decided my having double doors was not good because they leak! Then I was rather disappointed in the 'gentleman' who came to give me the quote for our front entry double doors. I liked a set of doors from a Masonite catalogue, which I had picked up at Home Depot. He decided to warn me against having Home Depot install them. He said he didn't like to malign the competition but they used subcontractors that wouldn't do a good job. I asked him to stop talking about them and to do his job. Not a good experience. All in all I decided even if they came in at the lowest quote I would not be giving them my business. Turned out his quote was more than double that of Home Depot! OMG!

Installation of the window and door was like a technical ballet as the extremely skilled installers protected what needed to be protected, removed the old and installed complete with trim. We just had our new sliding glass door installed off of our kitchen and I must say, the service we received was by far, second to none! The 3 gentleman that came were very professional, not to mention polite and friendly! They cleaned up along the way and made sure everything was perfect before they left....right down to getting the glue off from the stickers! I would definitely recommend Nortech windows and doors!!! Wonderful experience!!!

We are VERY happy with this company! They just replaced 6 windows in the peak of our vaulted ceiling, 2 double casement bedroom windows, a single casement frosted bathroom window and 3 huge custom sliding patio doors and everything is perfect. So much so, that we are having them come back and do more windows and quote on doing a sunroom on our boathouse deck.
