Always difficult finding good contractors in small towns and after setting up several appts for quotes, found most don't even show up or they'll quote excessively high if they consider the job is too small. BUT I found Josh of McNaney Roofing in Lindsay, a mom&pop roofer to be honest, reliable, knowledgeable and fair in pricing. He showed up when he said he would, showed me licensing & insurance and cleaned up the mess that the previous, so-called 'best roofer' (wish I could name them) had previously created but wouldn't return to amend. I will use McNaney Roofing again and highly recommend. Forget looking for what some consider 'the best' just because they've been around for 40 years. In this world where greed and dishonesty seem to run rampant - when you find gems like this - you want to share.

just moved into a house in Lindsay...and noticed some damage to the corner of my roof...called McNaney Roofing...said they would have someone call me back...Steve came out and came back within a few hours to repair the area. Very informative and reasonably priced. Thank you again
