We recently bought a newly renovated home and needed work done to upgrade the water system. Eastman Plumbing showed up to install the new system. The next day an unrelated problem occurred and they sent Adrian out again. He took out the old septic pump and was back in an hour to install a new pump. The work area was cleaned up better than when he arrived. I trust and respect their opinion on what needs to be repaired. I will continue to use them.

I required a plumber to hook up my new pressure tank to the existing plumbing, remove an old UV filteration system and couple of other things. After a week of setting up the job/quote/appointment, the two plumbers replaced my mixer valve in an hour. Was very professional and wore PPE to ensure our safety since we have a newborn at home. I needed to get a SaniFlow pump replaced. (I'm guessing that the original had lasted over 20 years!) Eastman Plumbing is the local agent for SaniFlow. They ordered the part - took about 3 weeks to come in - and installed it a few days later. Charles and Jared did an excellent job, including cleaning up afterwards, and our basement bathroom is fully operational again. Thanks, Eastman Plumbing. From here on, you guys will be my plumber of choice!

Called Eastman’s to replace broken shower cartridge. They came and removed cartridge. Then realized they didn’t have replacement nor could they get one locally. So they ordered one. A month and a half later they returned to install new cartridge and realized they couldn’t because the casing was damaged when they removed old one. Two days after they left the other cartridge blew out. Was talking with Andrew and he said he would look into what happened and get back to me. Instead I got a $500 invoice. Tried calling Andrew a few times about the invoice but he was never in the office. Finally spoke with Luke (owner). He said he would look into it and get back to me. Week later still haven’t heard from either. So paid my invoice and learned a life lesson.

The trouble was am electric hot water tank running out of hot water. I called Eastman's at 4:50 on Monday with a return call shortly after 5:00. They sent a tech the next day in the AM to repair the unit. I have utilized Eastman's on numerous occasions now for the last 11 years for repair and new installation work, and have always been pleased. Just to note I have two investment properties as well as my own home and Eastman's have serviced all three. Twice were no water situations and they were there promptly to complete the repairs required.

Decided to use Eastmans because of their google reputation since we are new to the area. They installed the pressure tank, testing 1 valve in the house that they installed and then left. My General contractor needed to use the water and nothing worked. So we called them back to help get all the faucets working. They then had 2 novice plumbers come back a scratch their head for 2 hours, and the only person who suggested the proper fix was my GC. funny enough they first pointed the finger at him when he didnt touch anything. now they have a new story of why we should be double charged for their work. what a joke this company is, Luke the CEO wont return my call and every time i try to call they answer and hang up even though i have been super kind in my responses VIA email. Do not use this company.
