We and the neighbors (4) of us contacted this company last winter to arrange to our fence for spring/summer 2021. The father came to measure and deal was done last winter/fall. Now that it is spring and almost summer, we contacted them again to get the schedule when it will be installed. No answer. Husband has been calling, leaving messages, texting for months and no answer. The father made a deal with us, the pricing, how it will be done, etc. no reply, no phone call received from them. What kind of company is this? Be more professional, and live up to your words/arrangements! Very "unprofessional!"

Kyle and his team were wonderful. They did 229 feet of fencing and we are thrilled. I have extensive gardens and they took great care taking down the old and putting up the new. This took only two days because this crew is a hard working bunch. Everyone is friendly and asking approval before next steps are taken. It is a pleasure to recommend the Durable Fence crew.

They set up an appointment for the next day and never even showed. I called, left messages and emailed them. Nothing. So never again. They Did work for me last year at a family’s home. They NEVER came back to repair some areas. Poor customer service

Kyle and his team were punctual, professional, hardworking, competent, and a pleasure to deal with. We had three different kinds of fencing for one property that we asked them to work out for us with a plan, which they completed flawlessly. We are sure that for them, it was a small job to be completed, but for us the end result just makes a world of difference to our property and our neighbours, who continue to complement us!
