We called Brent about 2 years ago after a severe wind storm. We had lost several shingles due to the storm. Brent came by at about 8:30pm in November to patch our roof. It was almost dark and Brent was up on the roof by himself doing the patch job. Fast forward to June 2020. It is time to replace the shingles as we had lost quite a few due to wear & tear, the sun etc. We contacted several roofers in the area and Brent happened to be one of them. We had lost his contact information, even his company name. Several roofers contacted us and provided quotes. Brent shows up at the door one day (he had called & said he'd come by) and commented, "I've been here before". We then recognized him. He was very quick in measuring up the roof and provided a quote the following day. We were still shopping around and told him we'd get back to him. There was no pressure to go with Benbrook Roofing & he didn't even bring up the patch job in November 2 years prior. My wife & I went over all the quotes we had so far and Benbrook Roofing's quote was very competitive. He beat all the other quotes we had received. We decided to hire Brent & his crew to do our roof. Brent was punctual & extremely reliable. They showed up on one of the hottest days this summer. They had hoped to complete the job on the same day, however the heat put a wrench in that idea. They were drenched in sweat and continued until evening. The following day they returned and finished the job. They cleaned up after themselves as well. We would HIGHLY recommend Brent (Benbrook Roofing). His prices are extremely competitive and he doesn't try and up-sell. If you're looking for highly competitive and very reliable excellent service, I would not hesitate in hiring Benbrook Roofing again.

Brent and a 2 man crew came to re-roof my roofs which are about 26 squares in total this Summer and it turned out that the week we picked to do it was the hottest heatwave of the season. ---Those guys endured scorching temps up on the roof, when it was 40 celsius on the ground in the shade it was considerably hotter on the roof without shade and so what was a 2 day job took 3 but it was a miracle they were able to withstand that heat at all to complete the work. ---All in all the job was completed and was well done .--- This was 3.5 months ago , I waited to make sure all was good before posting a review so people would hear from somebody who actually tested the quality of their work. --- Brent and his crew are good peeps and do good work and they will take the time to explain the job if u require it.--Hopefully I won't need another roof but I would call Brent again if I did.

I received next day service when I called about having shingles repaired after a weekend windstorm. Brent was very professional and friendly on the phone and arrived on time to my house. In person Brent is just as polite and professional. He repaired the shingles on the roof quickly and at a very good value. I will certainly be contacting benbrook roofing in a few years time when we go to replace our roof. Highly recommended!
