My vinyl siding has been falling off on every side since it was installed by 1 Stop. Their poor workmanship on multiple projects, unethical billing practices by charging for time when workers were not onsite, purchasing material for other customer projects on my invoice has significantly impacted trust in hiring contractors. I would not recommend this contractor.
You were paid in FULL for the siding, I can post the receipt, email confirmation and etransfer details here if you like, as well as the texts and emails I kept for project budgeting references.
As for the other invoices, you were paid for the other jobs as well. The only exception were the invoices which clearly had other customer material on them. For those invoices I paid everything, including time and material, in full except those specific line items in question.
I also sent a note asking you to clarify those line items specifically and you never responded with the information. You did mention via text that some health issues may have created a delay, while I am very sorry, you still never responded. But this was related to material, that was not part of my project and "padding" of hours for which you fired the worker following a drunken message left on my voicemail.
I can post copies of those texts and email as I kept all correspondence. Not to mention the same request via twitter quite some time ago after you posted pictures of my cottage on your website without my consent!
I am posting this review now because your company popped up on Google asking me for a review and I believe people should be aware of these things.
To say that you weren't paid is 100% incorrect, especially for the siding and other invoices where the work was clearly invoiced and paid for.
I attached an email to that effect for the "other work"... I will also capture the other screenshots of the Siding payment confirmation as the $12,000 for that was paid in full as well.
