I contracted this company to refinish my deck and replace railings in 2014 in the summer. The job was to be completed in the fall before I left for the winter. It was not. Two bare patches of wood remained. I photographed the oversights and sent these to the business in email. They wanted to paint these areas as their way of completing the job. I did not agree. I was paying for decking, not a paint job. I held back 10% until the work was to be completed. They did not offer this or agree to it. Upon my return in the spring I had to chase them to get completion. I gave them until June 30/15 to complete this work. They did not agree to my completion date nor did they cooperate. The work was not completed until July 2015. It has held up residing and also painting of the siding. I have just sent the last cheque and hope never to have to deal with this business again. Poor supervision of employees. Poor customer service. It's not that this company cannot do quality work but the effort and time it takes to get it is not worth it! The customer has to hold their feet to the fire throughout.

Poor service. Wanted my yard fenced off to keep my dog in. Waited a week after being told someone would show up to take the measurements before calling back. Was told I would have to wait a few more days for someone to come out. Would have appreciated a phone call to reschedule. Would not recommend.

Good Products, and good workmanship. Although, if you deal with Nu-Vue, you may want to get a commitment on the install schedule. Having said that, Tyler and Rick did absolutely excellent work and we are very happy with the finished Patio Cover.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Had to call 4 times to get someone out to my house for a measure. One week promised for an estimate ( I called after 8 days). 4-5 weeks promised for overpriced product ($120 lineal foot for two gates). Called several times after 4 weeks. Took almost 7 weeks. Called several times to get an install date. Finally gave up for their delays and called to tell them I’d pick up the parts and install myself. Promised they would have them ready. They weren’t. Finally got the screws together. Not colour matched to white. Waited some more to have them gather them. Rebated some money for me having to install. Not enough. No proactive contact for delays or apologies for anything. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The 2 installers came to my home each day did a full days work, sometimes in hot weather. They worked well together, and completed the awning installation quickly and carefully. No complaints from them even when there was unforseen extra work. (Old house). Thankyou guys at nu-vue for making this install painless for me. You know who you are D and D. I quote" trusted proffessioals" I begg to differ, they did not cover the wood fascia with metal, the wood fascia is exposed. Some metal was caulked to wood! I want the job completed but they will not set a time to meet with me to look at the work and options that are necessary to complete a job they started. In my opinion only , the installers that attended my home to install the metal roof do not complete there work addicually . I have phoned the sales person a few times now addressing my concerns with not result. So therefore I have advised the salesperson I will complete the work on my own and not pay them in full. Read the above at your own discretion.

In our remote location, Nu-Vue rebuilt our sun deck, installed new flooring and provided new railings. Although they had to wait awhile for the flooring and railings, once they had them, they did the complete job in less than 4 days. Adam and Tyler knew exactly what to do and how to do it. They worked in incredible heat and even provided us with music from their 60's playlist. Any necessary consultation with the office staff (Dave/Adrian) was timely, helpful and professional. We're delighted with our new deck and have no hesitation in recommending Nu-Vue
