I had a home inspection done and the inspector told me all my receptacles interior and exterior had an open ground, I contacted Gregg on the morning of a friday of a long weekend in a panic to get someone in there to tell me what the problem was with the house. He sent one of his guys right away and it turns out the home inspectors test equipment was faulty. I was very impressed with the quick response time and professionalism. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Wow! We recently moved into a new house and had disconnected a wired-in smoke alarm that was apparently still connected to the old, inactive security system and were forced to turn off the breaker to avoid living in an eardrum assassination. Greg swooped in (without cape), walked straight to a box we were even aware existed, cut the correct wire in under 5 minutes and on top of that, HE NEVER CHARGED US A CENT! We will definitely be calling NextGen again for any electrical problems in the future!

Last Thursday our family moved into our new home and within 2 hours, we were being evacuated due to the White Rock Lake fire. The power was out when we left and when the evacuation order was lifted a few days later, it was still out. I posted on my business page, saying that we needed an electrician stat to come and hook up a generator to the house so that we could go home. Within minutes Greg saw my post and he messaged us offering his help and services. He got us all sorted and set up...we needed the power to run our well, so this was huge. We wouldn't have been able to go home without Greg's help. Then when it came time to pay, Greg said, "this one's on me" .....wow...talk about a kind human. We highly recommend NextGen Electrical Services.....we give it 2 thumbs up for sure!! Thank you Greg!!!

Terrible customer service. NextGen Came to install an electrical switch underneath my sink so I could install a carburetor. To find the electrical line they had to cut out a small portion under the sink. When they cut that out they also cut our drainage line from the sink. The electricians response was oops, sorry I’m not a plumber. While we did not have to hire a plumber to fix the line, as my husband is very handy, I did email them and ask for some discount on my bill due to this error. They replied that the pipe was hidden in the wall in a non-typical fashion, therefore they would not give me any discount or even I’m sorry. Basically it was our fault the way the house was designed. Very disappointed and will not use them again. Will also never recommend them

What a great company to deal with. Our Strata was on a very tight timeline to have all units completed with pigtailing. We called them on a Wednesday and they started with full crews the next Monday. They organized the whole operation. Making the schedule, contacting owners and tenants. They made sure everything was well looked after. Our strata council was in awe of how well organized and professional the whole team was. I as a home owner was very grateful for them fixing a few items in my house as well. Just charged us hourly, so the final cost came in much lower than expected.
