I have used KDB HVAC 3-4 times now. Every time Ken shows up on time and prepared to get the job done. Ken really understands all aspects of his trade. He can communicate the work needing to be done without the customer getting confused and this gives you the peace of mind knowing exactly where your money is going. I highly recommend HDB HVAC!

Fan wasn't working on our rooftop unit so my shop was getting extremely hot. Called KDB HVAC and the owner Ken was here within an hour! Very knowledgable and friendly guy. Diagnosed the problem, ran out to get the part he needed and installed. From time of call to having our problem fixed only took about 2 hours. No BS charges, these guys know what they are doing and will not rip you off! Highly reccomended. Thanks KDB!

First of all, I moved not that long ago from the Lower Mainland and don't know that many people or businesses in Kamloops. So when I ask in ASKamloops in Facebook, I got flooded with excellent reviews from previous customers. I contacted KDB and was surprised as how fast they set up my appointment for the first visit. I had a pretty good idea what the issue was with my Heat Pump but wanted to be 100 per cent sure it was that issue and nothing else, since the part I had to replace is about 800 to 1000 dollars in EBAY. The first thing Brian informed me is that the Heat Pump I own is still under warranty. I almost jump becuase I knew right there that I just saved 1000 dollars. Secondly, Brian contacted the manufacturer and explained the situation. The manufacturer then told KDB they were sending the part to Kamloops. So today Sean installed the part, checked the equipment and made sure that everything was working properly. When I got the invoice I was again surprised because it came lower than estimated. All I can say is that these guys are honest, diligent and extremelly proffesional. I will definetely will be using them in the future for my AC/Heater or any issues related to HVAC. Thank you KDB.

Our 24 year old furnace was not working. We called a few HVAC places to set up an appointment. One of them even stood us up and never showed and blamed us. We called KBD and they had an open slot 48 hours later and showed up. The technician told us what we were fearing. Our furnace was on the way out and maybe had another year left on it. He then told us about the rebates going on with Fortis and how getting a new system was a lot more affordable than we thought. We pulled the trigger, got a new multi-stage furnace and hot water tank. The installation went great. The team of technicians that installed the new furnace and hot water tank were great. Efficient, professional, courteous, and gave us the run down on everything. 8 hours and they had everything up and running. The team at KBD knows what they're doing. If you need a new hot water tank, furnace, or AC system installed, call them.
