My wife and I contacted a few contractors in town when shopping for our renovations. Not only did Renovation 911 spend the most time on the phone with us, discussing options and pricing, but they also got back to us the quickest. That, and they came in at a much more reasonable price than most places. Clayton and his team were polite, on time, and answered all the questions we had. We will be using them again in the future, and would recommend them to anyone.

Reached out initially in April to request a quote for deck replacement. Wanted to use a local company (found out the company had relocated to Kelowna). Was advised that work would start end of May but acutally happened first week of June. Adam, the subcontractor was great and very knowledgeable. Work started but workers kept getting pulled to other jobs. replacement and cover were completed by the end of June (no railings, so not safe to use). Staff were let go/quit which meant further delays. Had to stay on top regarding communication as often no response to emails. Ended up taking 6 months to complete the project (Dec 10th). Looks good but very disappointed with how long it took and not able to use it during the entire summer.

Tried to get them to return calls for over a month, to no avail. Not proactive customer service at all. Pretty much same complaint as other one shown

3 months of dealing with this company and got nowhere. Appeared to be interested in doing the work at first. I kept calling and trying to book. Never got a firm commitment. If you cannot do the job just say so.

Excellllennnnttttt job!!! I am so thrilled! My house looks absolutely beautiful. Flooring was done to perfection. They also did my deck and railings which I cannot wait to use this summer! I was actually impressed that it could get done this time of year so wow thank you!
