Final product is fantastic. Joe and his team were great! We had a large area in our backyard with old concrete that required replacement. New area is now stamped, coloured and sealed. Quality result.

I contacted Joe's Quality Concrete in March to get an estimate for my driveway expansion. I agreed to the estimate and was promised the job would be done in May. On the day of the appointment, nobody showed up. Nobody contacted me with an explanation or a Plan B. When still no change had happened to my driveway the next day, I called the owner. He explained that they did not come the day before because there was some rain. Furthermore, he said that he did show up that morning but there were other trades people in the way and so he took off. When I talked to these other trades people they confirmed that someone showed up with an excavator, however, this person did not say what he needed, made no requests and just took off within minutes of arriving. These trades people would have been happy to make room for the excavator; they knew he was coming, after all they had set up everything the day before-in vain. Joe Quality Concrete told me that he would not come back to fulfill the contract and that I should look for someone else. Both the trades people and I tried contacting Joe several times again to find a more workable solution but he never returned our calls. My lesson learned: Only deal with this company if you can afford to be stood up. Finding a new contractor in mid-May in this economy has proven difficult and costly.

Joe put in a basement stairwell for me Fall of 2018 ... his crew was awesome .. Joe did an excellent job! Very pleased and I am always asked 'who did your stairs' . Would highly recommend him. Fair price, professional, and quality work.

Joe is very busy and I wouldn't expect him to pick up your call, but if you leave message he will call back. He does great work at a reasonable price. Every timeline he gave was accurate. If you need concrete work done, Joe's your guy.
