Not only were they easy to work with, but they brought great ideas to the table, delivered a finished product nicer than we had hoped, and came in under our budget. We highly recommend DNM to anyone requiring a professional construction company to work with.

DNM built our family’s home in 2016 and 4 years later we couldn’t be happier. After seeing some of DNM past projects and meeting with Derek, Joel and Blair we quickly decided that these were the guys we wanted to guide us through our first building experience. From house design all the way to landscaping these guys walked us through every step of the way all while keeping us on time and within budget. Building a house is a stressful endeavor with lots of money and decision making involved and we still feel very lucky to have had the DNM team to help us make the right decisions for both our family and our budget. We really can’t say enough good things about these guys and would recommend them to anyone.

The Team at DNM Enterprises made our first time building a home an excellent experience. They listened to what we wanted/needed and made experienced suggestions along the way which proved to be very beneficial in the finished product. Their team was always professional and always willing to answer any questions we had throughout the building process. They went above and beyond to make sure all details were taken care of and did whatever they had to do to meet timelines. It was great to see their enthusiasm for the finished product...even sending us several pictures of the progress throughout the build (a true sign they took pride in their work). After we moved in they followed up with us a few times to make sure we were satisfied with their product and to make sure there weren't any deficiencies popping up. The real measurement of their attention to detail was when neighbours would tell us that our finishes were much higher quality than in their house. This was echoed when we had to sell and the Buyers saw extra value in our home compared to other homes of the same floor plan which resulted in a higher sale price for us. We would definitely use DNM Enterprises for our next home building experience. They really set the bar high!

DNM Enterprises was great to work with from start to finish! We booked a basement renovation with them, and Joel managed our project from start to finish, continuously checking in with us before moving onto the next major step. Joel worked with us and helped us create a vision for the basement, encouraging us to consider how we wanted it to function while we lived there, and to consider the pros and cons of each idea when it came to resale value. Demolition was completed quickly, and they left no mess for us to deal with or worry about taking away. A huge bonus for us, was they even tried their best to work around our baby’s sleep schedule – in a small home this was such a saving grace ! Joel was available throughout the entire process to answer my (many) questions, and always took the time to explain everything in detail. The final result turned out beautifully - I wouldn’t hesitate to work with DNM again.

We just moved into our new home built by DNM. We worked with DNM from the foundation stage on. They had a house plan and lot that we really liked. As soon as we met Derek , we felt comfortable instantly. Blair was very accessible and accommodating throughout the build. My wife Tracee appreciated his attention to detail. As i am sure with any project, things can come up. Any concerns or speed bumps that did come up, were dealt with professionally and to our satisfaction. The house is perfect. Very minor deficiencies at move that were handled. They use the very best trades - especially their finishing carpenters. We highly recommend DNM!
