We where so worried when we got home from work, ceiling at the basement already soaked in water!!! First time happened to us so we panicked. . . Googled plumbing services in town and saw VALISTALL open 24hrs. Try to call and really hoping someone will answer! Then a nice lady told me that a guy will come to check the leaking water tubing in our house makes me relieved. And Valy called me and say, he's already on his way, WOW! Came in, FIXED IT, JUST LIKE THAT! EXCELLENT SERVICE! THANK YOU!

Had them here before to change bathtub tap and been having trouble with our water tank hardly had any hot water anymore thought it was just a burnt out element but today noticed it was actually leaking from the bottom we asked them to come a change it they did the floor had sunk from the leak we had some plywood around that they reinforced the floor so they could install it without the risk of it just sinking into the dip the one man who had changed the tap let me us know everything he needed to do like the floor needing reinforcement and that they needed to cut a little extra of the wall to fit it in which didn’t matter to much since the door over the spot of the was taller then the little he had to cut out we like how they clean up around themselves unlike some other companies around town that don't and leave the mess for you to deal with they are very professional and friendly any plumbing work we need done Valinstall is the only one I will call

Long story short, water heater broke on the weekend and I called him up. Within no time he was over and able to change it out. So professional, not needing to go anywhere to get supplies to do the job. Changed it out in no time and had new hot water tank running. Astonished that he was able to get all done in such a short amount of time. Will call first thing if I have any other issues with anything.

Amazing man and workmanship. I originally called him because I had a smell in the downstairs bathroom & thought our toilet was leaking under the subfloor. He investigated and upon investigation found a minor mould issue that i had no idea was there. He was very quick to do the mould remediation and clean up. He also found the source of the smell and fixed that quickly as well. I really like how he takes the time to explain everything to you and shows you how everything works and what it does. I highly recommend him for any plumbing, heating and mould issues. Vali will be the only one I call from now on.

We had a water purification system installed by Valinstall a few days ago. Couldn't be more impressed by what Vali and his team put together. The water is very clean and pure!! I am not getting the nasty after taste and hard calcium build-up we have with tap water anymore. The water purification system is an investment, but I think it goes a long way towards saving money on purchasing bottled water. Besides, at times like this, when hygiene is so important, I think having an excellent water purificaiton system helps alot. We are very happy with the water purification system installed by Valinstall and highly recommend this business to anyone interested in his service!!

THE most fantastic experience! Quick service! I called on a Monday and had everything done by Tuesday! I had a faucet replaced as well as some custom work for a water ionizer. I had no clue what I wanted, I just knew I wanted the sink and tap to “look nicer and cleaner”... He nailed it!! He came in and worked his magic, fixed everything right up! The cost was absolutely reasonable and I’m so happy with the set up! HIGHLY Recommend!

Valinstall came by last week to install a new dishwasher. Let's just say whomever installed the flooring didn't consider the tile would outlast the dishwasher! He carefully worked at it and eventually got it out. He was very professional and personable.

So far, we've had our water filtration system, hot water boiler and now a new kitchen range hood all installed by the Valinstall Plumbing & Design Ltd. We have nothing but high praise for Vali and his team. The quality of service they provided is truly one of the best we have seen. On the job, Vali and his team were so thorough, communicated the possible problems and solutions to us very clearly and got the job done on time. There was absolutely nothing for us to worry about during the whole process and in the end, they left us very happy with three new installations that we know will last a very long time. Also, we were so impressed by the dedication shown by his team when they installed our new kitchen range hood. We bought a brand new Kitchen Aid range hood that came with bad instruction manuals and reviews by others that purchased this kitchen range hood to not to attempt installing it unless done by a professional. It was a really challenging job as Vali and his team had to figure out how to overcome the bad instruction manual as well as the obstacles thrown by our kitchen structure, poor wiring system, and very limited space. However, they did it!! They tackled head on and ingeniously solved all the problems. As we watched Vali and his team solve problems one by one and got to finish the installation, almost ended up clapping for doing such a great job. Thank you Vali for the amazing jobs you and your team have done for us. You've almost made our house brand new!
