phoned to order a gas valve for my furnace as mine is leaking and it's -20. Said they ordered it, took my credit card info, and i waited a week and nothing. Phoned in to check and they said they wouldn't order it for me as I wasn't a gas fitter. lied to me at one place or another, I have no valve.
