My Nikon camera died while on a Maligne Lake cruise. The people in this shop helped clean the connections and gave me packets of silica to try and remove the moisture from the camera. They also told me how to place it in a bag of rice to remove more moisture. It worked on one of my lenses and let me take a few more photos on the rest of my trip. There was no charge and no pressure to buy anything.

Visited today with a simple ( for the sales assistant ) camera problem. Very pleasant and helpful guy, just sold us the memory card that we needed, put it in, tested it -- all OK. Even told us where we could go to photo a grizzly and her cubs, but they knew we were coming and went into hiding ! Hence the missing star.

I forgot my camera charger for my holiday and instead of charging me for the tourist priced charger, the owner offered to charge the battery instead! So helpful, would absolutely recommend!!

Eceptional custumer service! I lost my camera battery so I called in to see if they have the one I need. They did and the sales person even charged the battery for me, before I bought it, so I can use the battery straigth away. Great trust in customer and super helpful, thanks again!

Tekarra is amazing. We were on vacation from the U.S. and needed a new battery for a watch. They replaced the battery on the spot -- a tricky operation that took at least 30 minutes -- with a smile and a positive attitude, and only charged us for the battery. Can't thank them enough!!!

These guys do all sorts of printing formats, from posters to stickers, business cards to brochures, banners to canvas prints. They're really helpful when suggesting the right materials for any sort project. Typically a quick turnaround on any sort of print job! They also sell all sorts of cool prints from local and regional artists.

Fantastic customer service! While in Jasper our memory card failed. Fearing we lost everything on it we went into the store as a last hope. They kept the card overnight, recovered almost every single file off the card, put it on a new microSD card for us and sent us on our way. Wonderful service, very knowledgable employees and at a price lower than the same service at best buy back where I live. Highly recommend this place!

Was in Jasper for part of a Canadian Rockies vacation. Was taking photos fine with my Canon when I noticed something in all of my pictures. Unfortunately the closest camera repair was hours away. Found this shop and they went above an beyond to look up on the internet how to clean the sensor. They were able to help get the tiny little hair off and I was able to take beautiful photos the rest of the trip (including a photo workshop I had scheduled later in Banff). Can't say enough about how willing they were to help. Highly recommend this store. They also have the best selection of camera related items of the two stores in Jasper.

Very Disappointing Experience with Store, Have sent an email to the Owner/Manager, We will see if they correct the situation, However there should not have been a situation to correct in the first place. I am a Senior and my Wife is Handicapped, We spent months preparing to go away to Jasper Alberta for a Family Wedding. when we arrived in Jasper we realized that we needed a New Camera, We Went to this particular store (Only Camera Store in town) and after browsing and speaking to a sales person we trusted him and bought a Camera, The Camera was a bit overpriced for starters, after purchasing Camera and Memory card I went back to the hotel, took Camera out of box, prepared to go take some photographs, after 3 pictures the Camera started to malfunction, I immediately stopped using the Camera and went back to the store, Firstly the Person I was dealing with when I bought the Camera was not there, instead there was another sales person, now that I was not there to purchase something the experience changed, He was rude, & abrasive , after he looked at it he realized it was defective, It hadn't been damaged or anything, I was not looking to return the Camera or get my Money back, all I wanted was to exchange the Camera for a non defective one, He refused and told me I would have to send the Camera to Canon directly for repair, (I could maybe understand if The camera was over a week old, but we are talking about hours here) I explained that we were from out of town and needed the Camera for the wedding, However He did nothing, So after overpaying for a Camera that was defective I had to have my Son Buy a Cheaper Camera en route to Jasper from Vancouver just to take photos, I feel like I was completely ripped off, I am a Senior, my wife is handicapped, we are on a budget and having to buy another Camera just to take some photos after I spent over $320 on the Camera from this store left me feeling completely taken advantage of. I am Very disappointed and would recommend not Buying Cameras from this store, If you walk out and it doesn't work you are screwed!! To Sell a defective Camera to a customer and refuse to exchange or refund within hours of purchase and knowing the customer is trying to take pictures of a Family event and still refusing is Bad business. I feel that I was taken advantage of and ultimately ripped off. its a shame that this business would treat people this way. I am disappointed and would recommend buying a Camera from a Reputable larger store in the City that honours their returns/exchange policy.

Went to get film developed and get new rolls . Great service, the owner ( I think ) was really helpful and knowledgeable ! The prices are also very fair. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Jasper !

Arrived late in the afternoon with camera problems, as we were just at the start of a 3 week holiday I was desperate to get help and the owner was more than helpful spending considerable time ti try and fix my problem. Even though it was not a total fix he at least got me going again and after about an hour we all decided that was the best we could do After all the time he spent he would not accept any payment, not even a tip A great advertisement for the friendly people of Canada!!!
