They did a great job of moving out my junk. That old tube TV weighed a ton, and they got it out with no problem. IMO price could have bee $50 less, non the less I was happy with the job.

They actually arrive on time and do a good cleaning from what we noticed. However, they overcharged the credit card and falsified the work order. They increased the number of vents by 9 more than what they actually cleaned. They also charged me a furnace cleanup although it never happened and we told the technician not to do it. I didn't get a penny back yet. I had to go in to home depot and file a complain with one of the managers there against them, and I also opened a case against them with Alberta consumer protection because they scam people and falsify work orders and overcharge. Waiting to see where this goes. Definitely won't use their services in future.

I’m soooooo angry and disappointed by a large company such as Home Depot ! I had my cream color sectional steam cleaned by a employee that wasn’t trained properly. He also didn’t have equipment that was working right. My $8000 dollar couch is permanently stained with water marks. The costumer service department supplied no compensation and basically told me “to bad, so sad “. DO NOT LET THEM WRECK YOUR FURNITURE TOO

Enrico came to clean our carpets. Although I was booked in the 9am to 1pm window for arrival, I appreciated that he called me to provide an estimate time of when he would be arriving. Upon arrival, Enricho explained the cleaning process and did a fantastic job on the carpets. Enricho was friendly, willing to answer any questions we had and a pleasure to work with. We also had Luke and Jimmy come to clean our dryer duct. They called before they arrived which was appreciated. They were friendly and answered any questions and concerns I had with the process.
