Zero stars isn’t an option or that would be the case! They are a fraudulent company! They DO NOT PAY SUB TRADES! File a lien ASAP on any projects ongoing or within the time frame! They’ll talk good until you can no longer do so! And they don’t know anything about construction, project management or workmanship!

Standing and Waiting

They are dishonest...act like they don't know anything. MARIO LAVENYEZ if that's how you spell his last name was responsible for paying us. He has now delayed our pay since April with 100 different reasons. As for Rica, she is nice but no idea why she is reception or incharge of accounts payables since she as well knows nothing about everything.they don't pay and of they do they make you go through hell to get your money. No one calls back i have emailed card mike deacon as well nad nothing This company is awful

Worked as a Subtrade haven't been paid in a year. No responses from anyone. Dishonest Contractor with zero integrity. Would strongly recommend against anyone working for Commode & Dickson as they have no appreciation for their Subtrades. Extremely unprofessional.

These guys do not pay their bills. I have been chasing them for 180 days. No return calls and no return e-mails. I wish I had read these reviews about poor payment history before doing business with them.

The only people I have nothing bad to say about this company are Pete and Deb(these 2 are stand up people I'd work for them again any day). EVERYBODY ELSE DIDN'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT WAS GOING ON! Can't remember the goofs name but he made me drive out to wetaskiwin on a Friday afternoon only to tell me he was letting me go(the owners brother, a complete moron!!!) Sites were terribly ran, no organization skills, just a complete mess of a company. You take a job here your boarding the titanic. Stay away!

One of the best custom builder's in Alberta. They communicate well, they are responsive and stayed within their contract budget. Would definitely recommend using them....

They hire small businesses and then do not pay their sub-trade bills! They will not respond to emails or calls and then closed the office that originated the contract. Unless you want to work for free do NOT go to work for these guys, they will just rip you off!
