Bought a $40 selfie stick that broke immediately when I took it out of the packaging. Unfortunately I could not return it as I was on board the VIA train. When I called to follow up about this, the staff person was incredibly rude and did not respond to either 2 of the emails I sent him in the coming weeks. If you purchase something here, make sure it's something that cannot possibly break as this store will not help you contact the supplier for a replacement part.

I was originally drawn to Bearberry by their Instagram account (seriously though, check it out for some hilarious videos!), it's now become a go to shop for all of my gifting needs! Unique products & friendly service, highly recommended!

Cute little shop, helpful staff. 5$ minimum for card purchases, but my item was only 3,99$+tax, so I asked that they charge my card for 5$ (meaning I'd pay more than the sticker price), and they did, and also gave me back the difference. Everyone seemed good with the situation, though, and service was speedy enough for a layover. Very little keychain selection, though. There needs to be more minimalist-style Jasper-themed ones. Generic Canadian ones don't work as well when you want to say "I visited Jasper, AB".
