The furnace was working intermittently and I called the installer sticker on the furnace like a few times before. They answer the phone and say that someone will call me but no one does! And it was very cold outside and cool in the house already! So I called Tisdale who came within a half hour and got the furnace running while they ordered parts to return to repair the air exchanger. Tisdale was even able to put most of the costs of the repairs on warranty that we didn't know that we had coverage for. The worker wore his covid mask at all times and rolled out mats to keep our floors clean. He even vacuumed his work area before leaving. Tisdale is always our first place to call from now on! We were able to pay by e-transfer without even having to leave the house and risk covid exposure! Give Tisdale a try, you won't be disappointed!

My furnace went out during a deep coldsnap, that saw many -30 degree days in a row. Some of these days fell over the Christmas break, which was of course when my furnace decided to stop. Was so surprised to have someone answer my call during the holidays, they informed me that many people's furnaces are having trouble but they would send someone over as soon as soon as they can to fix it. To my even greater surprise, another representative immediately brought over space heaters to help me through until they could service it! Such service!! Couldn't recommend any higher!!
