Worst service ever!! From customer service to the actual work. The short version is that they sent me a contractor who has not a clue what he is doing and who broke a part everytime he came to fix something. Even tho he broke the parts I still get charged for the part and the labour. The final straw was that same contractor came back about 4 weeks later (because he "had emergency surgery" which i had no choice but to wait even tho they had many other contractors) and installed the part and demanded my old one back even tho i had written proof from the manufacturer they they dont need it back. Eventually the contactor took out the new part which he just installed and left me hanging with a unserviceable unit. Police were called because he refused to get out of my house as I asked him to do so. My daughter was upstairs sleeping and so I called the police. In conclusion, this was the worst experience of my life and I found out after that they have done this to many other people.

We woke up this morning to a very cold house, good ol' northern Ontario winter luck, our furnace wasn't running. We called Theriault Plumbing and Heating and had to leave a voicemail. However, Dan called back fairly quickly. Over the phone, he went over a few steps we could take to make the furnace work again without having to send a technician, he explained he's seen it all too often it being an easy fix and did not want to make people waste their money! I was able to check over the areas he described and of course, it was an easy fix I was able to do myself. We are grateful for his kindness, in both helping us get the heat going as soon as possible, as well as saving us hundreds of dollars. Thank you!

My husband and I have had a long business relationship with Theriault Plumbing spanning approximately 25 years. We initially engaged their services when we had an apartment building consisting of five units. A new gas/hot water furnace was installed to supply all units, each having their own thermostat and replacing the original heating system. In addition to the cost saving measures, this unit also allowed for more free space in the furnace room, as FIVE hot water tanks were replaced by ONE gas/heat/hot water-on-demand furnace. Within the first three months of using this new system, we noticed a great decrease in our utility bills. After one full year of usage, our gas bills decreased by approximately $ 4,200.00. Our relationship continued as we purchased a new home heated by a gas furnace. Theriault Plumbing did yearly inspections, duct cleaning and repairs as needed. This brings me to this April, 2019, when we had a new even Higher Efficiency Lennox furnace installed to replace our old High Efficiency Lennox furnace that lasted 20 years. WELL, WE WERE BLOWN AWAY BY THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE, THE KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSONNEL AND THE PLEASANTLY COMFORTABLE ATMOSPHERE. We have always had great service and skilled, professional workers throughout the years, but there was something different about the two young men that installed the furnace. It is hard to explain, as it was more of a “sense of calmness and easy competence” that made us feel reassured and totally at ease. If Theriault Plumbing continues to employ the type of workers described above, we believe a new era is coming. In a world where so many things are going wrong, THERIAULT PLUMBING IS SURE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT! I requested a quote for an HVAC system (central air & furnace) I did like the detail the tech went into and amazing knowledge on products (both high end Lenoxx & low end Payne) and services they offer but after calling several other HVAC companies, theriault ended up being the most expensive out of them all by quite a large number for a very similar system to the mid/high end units available elsewhere. If high price of units/instilation isn't an issue for you, they do have a finance option available at the time of this review.

Our furnace died on a Saturday night in a Timmins winter - never fails! Theriault Plumbing was the only plumbing business to answer their phone! I was so impressed and within an hour, they had someone at our home, assessed the situation and brought room heaters in to ensure the house did not freeze! Within a week, they received the part and repaired the furnace and the plumbing. They communicated with us every step of the way. The customer service delivered by Team Theriault was exceptional.
