I called to book an installation for a gas line for a new stove we purchased. It was booked quickly, Shane came in to check out what needed to be done, got to work and was done in a timely manner. The job was neat and the work area was left clean. Highly recommend.

Our first time dealing with RHMH was when our furnace was acting up a few winters back. They showed up on short notice and got our old 25+ year old furnace up and running to get us through the winter. That summer we decided to get a new furnace and central air installed so we gave RHMH a shot. The work done was impeccable! Wires were neatly routed, gas lines were straight and painted, duct work was clean. You can really tell these guys take pride in their work. They’ve also installed a natural gas Reznor heater in my garage and hooked up our pool heater with the same professionalism. You get what you pay for and these guys are worth every dime.

These guys were awesome. We had no hot water for a few days. I called our regular company and they weren’t able to come out for another 4 days. Called these guys and they were here the same day. A 5 minute fix. They were on time and professional. Will definitely use them from now on for all my HVAC needs

I woke up to no heat on Good Friday. Based on recommendations from FB friends I contacted RHMH. No regrets. Randy arrived quickly and was able to do a minor repair that got my furnace up and running again. Very thankful. Quick and courteous service. Shane arrived and assessed the situation. He came up with a perfect solution to our problem and put his plan into action. He was able to gravity feed our A/C drain line through two floors and straight into the old A/C drain connection. His work is immaculate as usual and our worries about future pump failures and subsequent damage to our home have vaporized. Bravo Zulu! He is very professional and creative.

I was worried about my furnace as other companies said it was unsafe....I realized it was just for the other company to sell me a furnace after Michael from RHMH inspected it and found it to be in good condition and recommended we keep it. I hate to leave this review but will do so in hopes that this doesn't happen again. RHMH was the first company I called when my furnace died. The furnace was only 8 years old. The gentleman kept making a fuss about how damaged it was and that the cost of repair would be as much as a new furnace. He offered a furnace at a price that is $1,000 above another local business' price. Since the experience wasn't sitting well with me, I called the other local business as a second opinion. They not only offered a new furnace at $1,000 less than RHMH (if they couldn't repair the furnace), they actually helped me with the warranty to cover the one part that needed replacement and I came out of it with a like-new again furnace and all it cost me was labour. If you want to talk about above-and beyond service that is honest and considers the customer above the business, I unfortunately did not experience it with RHMH. Take-Away Lesson: Always consider a second opinion. It could literally save you thousands of dollars.
