Very professional. Took the time to show us the difference in roofing paper, color and color of drip edge. Said they would be here on a certain day, weather permitting, and they were here as promised. The workers kept the driveway and yard clean. No nails or old paper left behind. The owner was here when the work was completed and took pictures of the roof to show us what it looked like.

Great experience from start to finish! I own a rental property in Timmins ( 2 hours away) that had some roof damage during a recent storm. I called around town and had prudential respond first and with great willingness and flexibility to help me out. They had their drone fly over the building the next day taking measurements and pictures to send me with my quote. They installed top quality product that looks great and should last a long time, as well as warranty their work ( 7 yrs ). Follow up images sent to me as well once installation completed, and payment option to wire money instead of running around for certified cheque and delivering it made my life easier. Price was reasonable for the quality of work and service that was delivered. ( no nails left in driveway and completed cleanup after work completed ) I would recommend them if you are and investor like myself and are out of town and want a great easy solution, or if you live in town and just want it done properly by a great professional team!

Jaco got me out of a bind. Bit off more than I could chew and he knew that. Still, he showed up 30 minutes after I called. He quoted me a fair price and started the job the next day. The guys did a fantastic job. You need to call Prudential for an estimate if you’re in need of a new roof!

Well, I basically asked him to get something done that was next to impossible and he got it done! So I’m super happy and the job was done well. The clean up however, not so much. Unfortunately the crew left me with a clogged toilet, it was not nice ???? But it was remedied right away. And for that I’m giving a 4 ✨. The owner took responsibility for the action and that’s a good thing in my books ????
