This company is terrible. I had a problem with my shower not having hot water anymore, so I contacted them for help. The communication was extremely slow and uncoordinated, then when they sent someone in, the plumber didn't even CHECK to see what the problem was with my water. He just put a cartridge in, when it turned out my issue was with a mixing valve. He didn't have any tools to fix a mixing valve, so he just "unclogged" my bathroom sink and added it to the bill alongside the cartridge I never needed. I had to get someone from John The Plumber in to properly take care of my issue and now these people have been hounding me to pay a bill for a shower cartridge I never needed and a sink unclogging that was done without telling me. 100% do NOT recommend.

I had a few jobs around the house that I couldn't complete myself. I contacted ToDoDone and while it took a few weeks for me to be included on their rotation I couldn't be happier with their service. The handymen were professional, very friendly, polite and they worked well together. There was a problem hooking up my dishwasher, an electrician was there the next day to help complete the task. I would definitely recommend this service to my clients and friends.

We had To Do Done remove all the stipple from my house. There are very high ceilings and it required scaffolding. Was a big job that they were able to complete in a week. They were very professional and did exactly what they said they would do in the timeframe they said they would do it. I came across To Do Done on a casual walk down Bronson, very random, but I was looking for some work to be done at our restaurant, Grounded. I called the next day and got a quick and courteous response. The owner Tonya was very kind and willing, even though we all knew how busy the market has been these days. She made time to come to my site and talk over the project. I am a bit picky and have been known to "know exactly what I want..." So working with a design and build company can sometimes be challenging if they can't realize my vision. Not the case with To Do!! Tonya was super cool. I took to liking her immediately. The scope of work was created and a quote provided. I accepted right away. On the day scheduled to start, two of her builders showed up on time and represented her and the company perfectly. They were great! The entire job got done, a bit of extras here and there and all worked out smoothly. I am very happy with the process, the work and the finished product. Not to mention the price is competitive and all worth it. I will always call on TO DO DONE renovations for any of my future jobs. I will be more than happy to talk with Tonya and her crew anytime. I consider them friends to me and my restaurant now and for years to come. Do not hesitate to call them for your next job!!

I didn't have a positive overall experience. After having attempted to get a quote for one of my projects I sent 3 emails that went unanswered. I spoke with CEO and I thought we had an amicable conversation understanding each others point of view . I asked if they could provide a quote and she said yes. The next day she emailed advising she would not provide a quote on this or future projects. Disappointed.

To respond to your response it’s not the handyman’s work that I am unhappy with the last handyman that came to do the work did a great job. Why there is a 1 Star it’s for your organization. I was given a quote for at least three items and the quote was less than $300 and when you guys said you needed to do something different to attach the hose, never did you update us with the cost of that change. Only two items on our quote were completed and the cost of the work for for those two items came to over $350. Yes you did provide a $50 discount. My rating if for my experience with your organization and that is why I have rated it 1 star. I also don’t appreciate having my husband be constantly email to request me to change my rating. A customers ratings should be their honest opinion of their dealings with such company and should have a company force then to change how they feel about their entire experience with the company

Our experience at 2dodone was beyond brilliant. We had read about the business in an article and thought it was a great story. We had them in to replace a faucet a couple of years ago and while it was a simple job, it was done quickly and efficiently with helpful service. When we decided to renovate both our bathrooms, we had a couple of quotes that were astronomically high, and 2dodone's quote which was phenomenally reasonable for the work. From first contact through the quoting and project definition stage to the completion of the project, the entire experience was excellent. The 2dodone team are wonderful to deal with. Professional, skilled, punctual and great people to work with. They showed up exactly when they said they would, kept us updated with what was going on, were super tidy and clean in all aspects of the project, finished ahead of schedule and most importantly, did a superb job. The project lead described his work as his art, and it is obvious to see the pride and skill he and his team put into everything they did. Our experience with 2dodone was fantastic in every way. What a pleasure it was to deal with the entire team, from Tonya the company founder through to the sub-trades they hired. I could not recommend 2dodone any more highly. They have been awesome!!

Not sure how we came across 2DoDone when we needed renovation work done in our store, but we're really glad we did! The entire process was smooth; the initial consultation, the scheduling, the renovation day itself, the teams (construction, painting, electrician and project manager) and the follow up. We were so pleased with the first job that we contacted them again to build fabric bins and a cutting table for us. We have other reno plans, and when it's time, we'll definitely have them 2DoDone!

I had a great experience working with Tonya and her crew. I hired To Do-Done to rebuild my stairway with new tread, risers and trim and to install unfinished hardwood flooring for 800 sq feet of my upstairs area. This was a big job that involved sanding the unfinished wood, staining it and applying polyurethane. Sully, Sondos and Dave were all great to work with. They always arrived on time, were tidy, very polite and were good at communicating with me by text or phone. The finished product looks amazing. Tonya is pure pleasure! I totally trust her. She always answers texts, phone calls or emails quickly, she visits the site to make sure things are going well and she was very upfront and fair with her pricing of the job. This is my second time working with To Do-Done (first one was rebuild my screened in porch a couple of years ago) and I would definitely use them again for any other projects, big or small.
