When the day came and after waiting more than 40 minutes (no show no call), we followed up to be told that there was a misunderstanding and that our meeting was actually Thursday at 8am. During the initial call to make an appointment, the receptionist was on hand and we were two to have noted the day Wednesday ... but hey, an error can happen. The next day, still waiting from 8am, after more than an hour and a half of waiting and again with another `` no show no call '', we did a few follow-ups to be told first that the plumber was on the way and would be there in 15-20 minutes. Second follow-up, we are told that the plumber is caught on another more urgent job. After the last call, and a lot of irritation, we are told that if they have a plumber who is available during the day, they will call us back! A courtesy call would have been hugely appreciated, instead of wasting our time. In short, do not waste your time waiting for them, and call another plumber .... (Original) J'étais hésitante à laisser un commentaire sur le mauvais service reçu mais en lisant l'expérience similaire de d'autres clients, je pense que ca vaut la peine de vous avertir: Ne perdez pas votre temps et faites affaire avec un autre plombier!! Si je pouvais donner zéro étoiles, ca serait plus représentatif. Nous avons pris rendez-vous avec plomberie éclair il y a plus d'une semaine. On nous avait donner comme rendez-vous mercredi 8am. La journée venue et après avoir attendu plus de 40 minutes (no show no call), nous avons fait un suivi pour se faire dire qu'il y avait un malentendu et que notre rendez-vous était en fait le jeudi à 8h. Lors de l'appel initial pour la prise de rendez-vous, la réceptioniste était sur main libre et nous étions deux à avoir noté la journée du mercredi... mais bon un erreur peut arriver. Le lendemain, encore à attendre à partir de 8am, après plus d'une heure et demi d'attente et encore avec un autre ''no show no call'', on a fait quelques suivi pour se faire dire en premier que le plombier était en route et serait la dans 15-20 minutes. Deuxième suivi, on se fait dire que le plombier est pris sur un autre job plus urgente. Après le dernier appel, et beaucoup d'irritation, on se fait répondre que si ils ont un plombier qui se libère dans la journée, ils vont nous rappeler! Un appel de courtoisie aurait été drolement apprécié, au lieu de nous faire perdre notre temps. Bref, ne perdez pas votre temps à attendre après eux, et faites appels à un autre plombier....

Worst service ever. I had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. so I took the morning off work, hoping I could make it in for our office Christmas party that was starting at 2:00 p.m. By 11:00 I called for a follow-up. "We're running about 1-1.5 hours behind but we'll be there", they said. Called again at 3:30 p.m. "We'll make it out to you today, don't worry", they said. Called for a third follow-up around 6:00 p.m. No answer but left a voicemail. It's now the next day and although I followed up AGAIN at 11:00 a.m. and was promised they would check on an ETA with the technician, no call back. I've never encountered such lack of care or understanding from a "service" company. Truly disgusting. Would NEVER recommend ANYONE deal with these guys.

I used this service 2 years ago and just recently to empty our septic tank. This year, I informed them our septic lid had come off. The first time they visited the just left it off. So I called again and they agreed to come back (I'll give them a star for that). However, when they came back they still didn't put the lid back on properly claiming that they didn't know what happened and it was missing bolts. But they were the last company to touch it and it was fine prior to that. Nonetheless, I can't believe they wouldn't put the lid on properly no matter what. Anyways, we won't be using them again.
