They don't pay their workers and pretend its because of a slight little defficiency when the biggest defficiency is their management... no planning whatsoever and poor communication skills.. ask for jobs to be done when they didnt even load the material. And then lie to cover up their mistakes... Don't go to work for them and wouldnt recommend giving them a contract, might not get what you paid for.
