We took advantage of the Enercare Energy savings program and wanted to get the most out of our rebate so we decided to spray foam the basement. Reitzel took great care of us, from Bob doing the initial quote and from the team that did the install, we are very happy. We did this back in April and now with the snow we really finally get to feel the difference. Even immediately we could tell the difference as the sound was much quieter in there. The only thing I would warn you is to plan ahead, as you will love your space soo much more, you might want to spend more time there. We like the basement much more now and decided to change around the laundry area. Not a big deal, but we did have to change the wiring for code and obviously that was a big harder with the spray foam in place. Not a big deal, as we still have our ceiling and the rest open.

I received the Attic pictures before and after the job done to visually see the difference which is very satisfying factor. I also got the energy audit done without any issue. Happy with the service. Had attic insulation topped up and crawlspace spray foamed. They cleaned up decently after the job. Our home energy auditor did discover low spots on the spray foam job but Reitzel was quick to address the issue and did not leave us hanging. Would still recommend them

We are very pleased with Reitzel Insulation. We received three estimates which were are very similar but Bryan made the difference with his attention to detail. Last Friday, three very polite gentlemen showed up to do the insulation. They kept us well informed of each stage of the work. They were very careful and tidy. Job well done by Reitzel’s. We have already noticed the difference with the air conditioning and I am sure it will help with heating as well.

Reitzel Insulation was great, start to finish. They came and took a look and gave me a quote to do foam insulation in the space above the porch and garage. They recommended a local contractor to remove the soffit for me, who did a great job. They came on time and completed the job to my satisfaction. Reitzel are a first-rate company. They have knowledgeable estimators who work with you in defining a strategy or plan, and flexible installers with a "can-do" attitude. I'm really grateful to them for suggestions that have saved a ton of effort. Their prices are very reasonable - although not the lowest bargain-basement - but I prefer having their help and knowing the job is done perfectly than saving a couple of hundred. I have done 2 spray-foam and 1 blown-in insulation project with them, with great results. So I would recommend them.

Reitzel Insulation did and wonderful job updating the insulation in our 2500 sq ft attic. They responded quickly to our request for quotation, provided detailed information with the quotation to help us decide what options were best for us: they did NOT push any of the options, simply made informed recommendations. The work crew was on site in a timely fashion, took great care to protect our carpets, floors and belongings by professionally draping, and then scrupulously cleaning up after completion. We could barely tell that they had been in the attics! We can already feel the benefits of the new R60 value insulation in the garage area: on a 35C day it remains cool inside with the main doors closed. I had the pleasure of meeting Bob during his visit to my home for attic insulation. Bob was a friendly and knowledgable person who does not put any pressure on the customer to get his sales done. He is quiet patient and understands the customer issues, does his checkup and then suggest his options. He then tells you other things that you could do to improve things in the house and then advises you to take your time to decide things. I had taken multiple quotes from A++ vendors but the comfort that I got was from Reitzel and also the cost for my attic insulation was reasonable. I called Bob and advised him that I wanted to proceed and then called their office and spoke with Jamie to get my appointment done. Everything was so easy to do. Their guys who came to my house for the job were also great, took all the safety precautions, did their job to perfection and then cleaned up everything leaving the space as it was earlier. We realized we needed more insulation after a company knocked on our door and checked out the attic. It was eye opening to see how badly one area was insulated and that explained why our daughters room was freezing. That other company quoted $1200 more than Reitzel did just because we have a nice house. Brian came to quote us and he was great; obviously knew his stuff and was straightforward. Do not bother with this company. Made me wait for a month to have them come and do the insulation to find out on same day that the guy who did the estimate didn't put the paper work in. Not a single apology and incompetent people. Terrible terrible experience and I hope you don't last long you selfish garbage company.
