I have to say that Pro Concrete reinstated my faith. Pro Concrete did an amazing job, the service was 10 out of 10 from the removal to the pouring of the concrete. Awesome experience from start to finish. George was friendly, responsive and we valued his expert guidance to decide what we were going to to. Duarte improved the initial drawings to finalize our plan and answered all our questions. Once the crews arrived the plan was flawlessly executed. Everyone was friendly and professional. Each day there was a different crew mix, all experts. The site was kept tidy and safe. The cost was more than others quoted but you do get what you pay for. I knew it was the right choice when the person delivering the concrete takes a moment to admire the work, and tells the crew that this company always does a great job that will last. Concrete porch, steps, landing and path I am extremely impressed with Pro Concrete and would highly recommend them to anybody. Last November they rushed to get my concrete steps, porch, and pathway done for me before the winter set in. They needed to rush due to my persistence in wanting it done last year. Well what happened was that a molding form was put in backwards which effected the look of a nose on a step. Because the job was essentially complete and I was relieved that we had some safe steps and walking path through the winter I paid for the job with the promise of the problem being fixed this spring. Some might say that wasn’t smart but I had a very good feeling for this company although I did have times when I wondered what the fix would be like. I am taking the time to write this note because of the response this spring. Luiz, the boss of the crew that did my job last year recently made arrangements for us to meet and discuss the repair. What he had to say blew my mind. He thought there could be a colour match problem with a repair and what he is planning is to take it all out and redo the whole job. His crew came the following day and did just that. They broke up and removed an almost perfect job and replaced it with a perfect job. Totally amazing service Luiz. We are very happy and grateful for such a massive response to our problem. In my opinion something can always go wrong with any job but what separates the good from bad is how the company resolves the problem

George was scheduled to come by for a quote. Our appointment time slot was on a Friday evening. I was trying to reach the company to reschedule on the day of as something came up, and luckily, George called early afternoon to let me know that he had an opening. We were thrilled to have him come by much sooner than our scheduled time. He arrived promptly, wore protective equipment (mask and gloves), and was very professional and genuine. He was prompt and honest with the work that we were seeking a quote for. We have used Pro Concrete for our deck in our previous home and were impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the company and its staff.

We listened to the Owner of this company yelling / swearing at one of our Neighbours on our street. He jumped into his white truck and tore off out of there. Our Neighbour doesn't want to do this so we are now doing it for him as this type of behaviour is 100% unacceptable. We will never contact this company for anything concrete related. EVER! According to other reviews, this isn't his first time doing this! As the old saying goes.... Without consequences, there's no need to change and you best believe that word of mouth spreads faster than anything!

Worst experience! We had stamped concrete put in the backyard as well as borders along our new asphalt driveway in the front. After the job was completed the light on our front lawn was no longer working so we had someone come to take a look. While we weren't home they cut our new asphalt to repair the line. It was repaired so poorly that there was a hole down the side of the driveway. We have now had someone come out 4 times for the same issue and the last time they repainted the driveway to try and blend it all together. You can see the brush marks throughout the driveway. What a mess!

Pro concrete takes pride in their work and offered to do a swirl finish at no extra charge because they knew the finished look would be more pleasing to the eye with such a big surface. The workers are very quick and efficient. All the steps went smoothly from the excavation, to the pouring of concrete to the final cuts. Duarte was pleasant, patient and professional as he wanted us to be happy so he came back a second time to ensure our drawing was correct. He took the time to explain the process and answered all our questions. The only thing we advise is if you want to get tinted concrete get the most tinted you can as it will come out much lighter than the colour cards shown. Pro concrete is an excellent company that does quality work. We will be proud to recommend them.

I have to give them a 5-star rating after them servicing my driveway. I’m a person who pays attention to details. Just a couple of samples, I have a bunch of plants in the front yard when they started my project. They covered all the plants to prevent them from damaging. After the project was done, they mailed me a maintenance guide regarding the driveway. Useful tips were given to homeowners like me who had no knowledge prior. Customer service was outstanding too. A small area of my steps were slightly damaged due to extreme weather, I walked over to them and told them the situation while they were working on one of my neighbors’ driveway. Surprisingly, they came over and fixed the issue on the same day later on. Overall, the experience was pleasant and efficient. Strongly recommended!

My experience with Pro Concrete was fantastic. They were truly professional. They put our front walkway in 10 years ago now and it still looks great! Part of the lip of the upper step broke away this winter due to an overzealous snow removal company. They then tried to fix it and it looked horrible. I called Pro Concrete and they called me right back, came over and repaired it and called me at work to say it had been done. It looks fantastic. They really cared about helping us keep our walkway looking good...and their customer service was outstanding. I would use them again in a second and would highly, highly recommend them!

If I could give a zero I would. I had a set appointment today with George on June 15th, 2020 at 6pm to get a quote to do pattern concrete covering on my porch, stairs and landing. Also including in my quote I wanted a tree ring. George showed up at my home at 330, no call from him to let me know he was arriving 2.5 hours early for our set appointment. No car in my driveway but he proceeded to ring my doorbell anyways and speak with my 12 year old daughter. Then I was told by George that Pro Concrete doesnt take on any jobs less then 7k to start. Are you kidding me right now ( poor customer service on all levels) and according to George I would be hard pressed to find a company that will. I guess anybody that owns a townhome isnt qualified to spend their hard earned money with Pro Concrete. They will only take on huge projects with people who have deep pockets. I knew my project would only be 4500-5000k but I guess that's not good enough for your company. I will not be reccomending your company to anyone, EVER and have nothing nice to say about how unprofessional George was.

A quote was obtained from Pro Concrete for a concrete patio and adjoining walkways -- about 450 ft.². Prices were requested for both plain and exposed aggregate. Estimator George provided a quote stating it would be the same price for either type of concrete. This was unusual since plain concrete is normally less expensive than exposed aggregate in terms of both material and labour. A second quote from another company came in at a lower price for both types of concrete using similar materials and installation standards. George was contacted regarding Pro Concrete’s stated price guarantee “We Will Beat Any Competitor's Offers by 20% - Must include our 11- item standard estimate for exposed aggregate”. George advised the other quote would have to meet the 11-point criteria right down to the type of spray gun being used. When told the other quote meets or exceeds the normal, standard areas of comparison, he advised that the matter would have to be taken up with the owner of the company, Silvio, but that he is hard to reach as he is out working on concrete jobs. He declined to provide the last name of the owner. (George only provided his own first name on both the quote and his business card). It became clear that the so-called price guarantee is a deceptive marketing ploy set up in such a way so as to decline any claim of a lower competitor’s price. Overall, a disappointing experience.

We just had our driveway, walkway and rear yard completely redone by Pro-concrete. It was a Hugh Job they took on, removing all of the existing interlock and patio slabs, stairs and entrances. We decided on Exposed aggregate on driveway and walkway to back yard where you step onto Stampcrete, Elephant pattern. Driveway has curbs and Stampcrete border along with step facings. Once sealed, it literally glitters in the sun. I have included pics ( sun not out yet and we are getting irrigation and gardens done now so please ignore that in photos). We went from a double drive to 3 plus cars and extended the rear yard deck area as well. It all turned out AWESOME. Let me tell ya, from the beginning with George doing the estimate to Duarte the designer, to Tony and the crew along with the rest of the team, hats off to all of you for such hard work and being so clean and professional. Always cleaned up after everyday, no mess whatsoever. Always open for discussions, ideas, suggestions and just the way they completed everything within the timeline was so impressive. Thanks Silvy for everything your group does, you have an awesome team there. I would give this a ten star rating if I could. We had got our driveway done last year by Pro Concrete and had a wonderful experience dealing with their team. Our driveway looks great and lot of our neighbors have inquired about Pro Concrete. After our characteristic Canadian Winter I noticed droplets of water in the cold cellar seeping from from the porch above. I called Pro Concrete and Rick from Servicing immediately responded. I sent Rick a detailed email and photographs of the issue. He contacted me and said though the turnaround for the service was few weeks later because of their scheduling, he would ask for exception from his superiors and come earlier to look at the problem because he sensed my concern. Well Rick and Daniel came and did the needful to address the issue. And again as before they were polite, precise and efficient in their approach. I contacted Rick a few days later (as he had suggested to monitor after the service call) and he again came back and further reinforced the caulking. Throughout the process,I felt that I was dealing with family and that they had my back. I have referred the company to another friend of mine. I truly believe in service par excellence and this company defines it.

we had a new concrete driveway done last year, concrete was excellent, but when they applied the clear coat, it was too late in the season and it looked spotty, august of this year they hired a third party contractor to re-apply the clear coat. now we can see lines all over the driveway where the spray wand applied the clear coat. we called them and complained and it has been two weeks with no response. we will talk to the better business bureau and file a complaint. do not deal with these people they are too busy to deal with their customers. three weeks and I am still waiting for my driveway to be fixed. silvio promised to correct this,but instead the 3rd party contractor asked me to wait til next summer and see if it looked better. my wife has called pro concrete again,and two weeks without any contact from silvio. this was a $25,000 job and the response we have received is pitiful. silvio tried to blame me for requesting a clear coat on a broom finish,until he talked to the person who did it from pro concrete and found out the mistake was with his own people.this job was done in oct 2018 and we have waited one year . do not pay for any job they do until you are satisified

We were delighted with the $10,000 job Pro Concrete did for us at least 15 years ago. We wanted only the best, and they were. I was very impressed with the professionalism displayed throughout the entire job, which seems to be a common theme with most of their reviews. From start to finish they showed up when they said they would, acted very proffesional, cleaned up after each day and did an amazing job at a reasonable price! It was one of my best decisions to get our driveway and porch done through Pro Concrete (combination of aggregate and stamped concrete). They did an amazingly outstanding job; by far exceeded all my expectations through and through. I watched them do the work from my window as I am working from home due to Covid. I found them to be highly professional and detailed oriented. They came in teams specializing in each area from excavating to finishing. Each team excelled in what they did and made sure that their piece of work was perfect (I am a quality freak and each day after they completed the work I went to see if there was anything I could catch, there was none). What I loved the most, they left the area clean, did not look like a construction zone. There was no bin sitting in my front yard with junk, they had haul trucks take away all the mess each time. Then one day as I was coming back from running an errand, I met Silvio. Loved his humor, did not know he was the owner. He was working hand-in-hand with his team. He made our experience even better. The neighbours that we did not know suddenly became visible, as they stopped by to compliment us on our new driveway. Pro Concrete just completed the resealing of my concrete patio around my pool. I could not have been more pleased with the process of estimating the job to the actual work that was done. I have used other services in the past and will now only use Pro Concrete. They were meticulous in prepping the surface as the starting point. Once onsite to do the sealing they ensured that the sealer did not leak onto the liner of our pool (which has happened with most of the prior companies I have used leaving a significant amount of cleanup for me) and when applying the product it received 2 coats. Again other companies I have used only applied 1 coat. I would also say that the price for this work was very competitive when I consider the extra work done. Highly recommend them for anyone else.

Great work on my driveway and walkway. Very clean and courteous to the neighbors as well. The only reason it's not a 5 star is because there was some water damage through my fireplace chimney in the basement. When I told them about it, they just told me how to clean the Brick. It all would have been avoided if they properly cleared the drainage before the power washing.

We had our driveway resealed which turned out great; however, one of the workmen left the chemical tank on our grass and burned a section. Perhaps a rookie mistake, but hopefully a lesson learned and they will leave it on a safer surface for the next customer. Not happy my grass got burned.

Thank you, Pro Concrete, for your service and in particular for the personal attention to detail. Following a free estimate, Duarte came to mark the work area and explain the process. Day 1, Pro Concrete arrived with a team who removed the existing surface and laid out the new walkway and driveway. Upon leaving they ensured the property was clean of all materials. Day 2, the team of workers returned, lead by Silvio. We appreciated the time Silvio took to discuss and resolve, with us, a couple of areas of concern. The team moved in unison to complete a time sensitive job. Upon completion, they again left the property spotless. Day 3, Silvio returned to inspect the work and created a neat and tidy looking blockade at the end of the driveway. While their initial work was reasonable their response to problems after a couple of years leaves a lot to be desired. I would not recommend them. This is a follow-up to my earlier review above. Apparently there was a communication problem with the relatively new office staff and the situation I was trying to deal with has now been resolved. To repeat I was happy with their initial work in 2009 and again in 2012 but I would humbly suggest that if you need any follow-up try to speak directly with the repair person who currently is Eugene. This is a company that has been around for awhile and I would recommend them

We recently did our driveway in the first week of November and let me tell you, they were quick, very clean and tidy in terms of the area and very responsive with phone calls. We poured exposed aggregate with stamped boarders on our driveway, both sides of the house was also poured leading to the back patio.They have given us advice on how it should look from the design to the excavation to pouring the exposed concrete. My family and I are very happy and pleased with the results. We had lot's of compliments from our neighbours, family and friends. The cost was a bit more than the other companies but you get what you pay for. If you want quality work then this company will satisfy you I would definitely recommend Pro concrete if you are looking to do your driveway and back yard patio. Had an amazing experience with the follow up customer service from pro concrete. They installed my driveway 3 years ago and did a wonderful job. Just last week noticed some issues with it and contacted their office to report and ask for assistance. They responded immediately by sending someone to fix the problem.
