I am very happy that I chose Peak Roofing to do my roof. It had 3 layers and a very steep pitch. Dan and his crew were absolutely superb. They did all the board repairs that needed to be fixed, flashing and waterproofing. High quality shingles, looks very good. These guys are true professionals. If you want high quality, this is it. I highly recommend Peak Roofing, worth every dollar.

Getting our roof done by Peak Roofing was a fantastic decision. The estimator was very personable and explained the work well. Dan was very helpful with arranging all the timing of when things would be delivered and started, he even went above and beyond to help use make the choice of what colour we should use on the roof!! One evening I discovered the satellite dish dangling from the rooftop. I was concerned that with the high winds and expected rainfall there would be damages/leaks. I called Dan and he was able to come right away despite it being late in the day. He removed the dish along with its cables and sealed the area (as well as some exposed nails). He even took pictures to show us the condition of the roof and what was done. I am grateful that he was able to complete the job with such short notice and that he took the time to answer all our questions.

We recently used peak roofing to come replace out roof as ours was due and falling all apart we called around and most places didnt even both to answer the phone we reached out to peek roofing and the very next day they came out and gave us a free inspection and quote on our roof they provided us with all the options and insite on what would last the longest and hold up to the elements we also in the mean time had another inspection by another company and they told us we had to replace boards and started adding all these extra costs. We decided to go with peak roofing as they have warranty and are a well known company around the Hamilton area we passed on the information about boards being replaced and they told us that once they removed the old shingles that they would inspect the boards and let us know if they are bad or not we got lucky and nothing had to be replaced we delt with dan and he responded to us very quickly even dropping off a sample board for us to actually see what colors were available as for the labor the staff was very polite and professional they laid down tarps and made sure they left the property as clean as they found it we really appreciate the little extra the roof was done in two days flat and with the new flashing above the garage really pops and stands out. Price point was also very affordable compared to most of the competition we have also referred them to friends, family and co workers and we will definitely be useing them again down the line.

Poor quality and unprofessional job. The initial estimate was done in a professional manner. As soon as work began things changed quickly. After the work began problems quickly became apparent. The owner requested more monies for part of the work that was underway. After completion of the job, some areas of the house had been damaged in the process and left un-repaired. The owner was very difficult to get in contact with as he simply never answered his phone anymore. If you did get a hold of him to correct deficiencies, he simply promised to correct things, but never lived up to the promises. Further after the job was done, there were many nails and other debris left lying around that I needed to cleanup myself. I am very disappointed in the quality of the workmanship and communication of the owner. Of course after this review is done the company will say something to the effect of they never had dealings with me and there is no record of my name in their system. Believe me, this is an honest and unbiased review. I also noticed that there were several negative reviews from others a few weeks ago toward this company, and today see they are gone. I have to wonder if the reviews here are being manipulated to show only the good ones so as to have a higher rating. I wish now I had not used Peak Roofing, and had chosen a different company.

Disappointed in the job. The pictures below show what we found in our eves blocking 2 downspouts after the new roof. The items were not there previous to the roof job, as we clean the eves religiously each year.

Most companies were just quoting us on one option of shingles (GAF Timberline) but Dan showed us that we would get better long term value out of Certainteed Landmarks. As part of my online research into some quotes I had received for a new roof here in British Columbia, I left a voice mail for the business owner asking about a review he had written about the type of shingle that my contractor quoted. He called me back long distance within a few minutes and gave me his detailed professional opinions about the brand in question and an alternate brand I was considering. I am so grateful for the response! With him in Ontario and me in BC, he could have just ignored me but instead he took time out of his day to call me back and offer his professional opinions and advice. That's just plain awesome! I went through hell with another roofing company! The job was so bad we will be in litigation soon. The roof leaked from the get go. I dedided my only option was to strip the whole roof off and start over again. Peak Roofing came highly recommended through an associate. Dan provided a competitive quote and I hired Peak Roofing. They did a phenominal job. Dan showed me the other company merely put shingles on my plywood with no underlayment, no drip edge and the shingles were lined up so that all the seams were in a row from top to bottom. This is why the old new roof leaked. I watched Dan and his crew like a hawk! Once burned, twice shy, I guess. The quality of work Peak Roofing gave me was fantastic. I saw them put the drip edge on, the ice and water shield underlayment, the new vents and shingles. They skipped no steps and used the best materials. I would definately recommend them to anyone. Peak Roofing, THANKS FOR SAVING MY BACON before winter hits! Also, my apologies for watching you all so closely and pulling up a lawn chair to watch like getting a new roof was a spectator sport! You guys were the best, very accomodating!

I am very happy with the job performed by the team from Peak Roofing. After the quote was received and a quotation accepted, the job began in less than a week later. The team were very professional and cleaned up the worksite well. About two weeks after the new roof was installed there was a terrible wind storm. Shingles were flying off the roofs of my neighbours all along my street but nothing came off our roof, despite the fact that the shingles were not fully sealed. Great service and advice from this company. No hesitation to recommend them to others.

Not happy with the service or job. Roof still looks saggy after being done, was supposed to be repaired but looks worse than before. Refuses to give me a receipt for the work done. (Been asking for my receipt for months now) Paid too much $$ for this kind of service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
