Amanda and JR were absolutely amazing. They came in to install my tv mount and the whole time were kind and professional. Moments after they left I realized my brand new tv had come broken. They drove back out to my studio to take the tv back down and even boxed it back up for me so I could return the tv. They have even offered to come put my replacement tv back up when I get it. From the minute I reached out, after another service dropped the ball and left our garage shelving assembly and installation project unfinished, Amanda was very quick to respond when contacted. Her and JR made the effort to accommodate us, came out the next night and worked from 6pm-10pm to fully assemble and install the heavy duty shelves and kept our renovation on track. They were professional and genuinely care about their work, which was high quality. A promise to return if we were unsatisfied with anything and the fact they took away the packaging were both appreciated. We will use this service again in the future.
