We had Mark, Trevor and crew in our home completely re doing our kitchen, our bathroom, a new staircase and new floors. We learned quickly that Mark, Trevor and their crew would make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We hired Chermark Renovations to remove a wall that also included a part of a masonry fireplace between our kitchen and living room and install a peninsula in its place. Mark and his crew are pros. They completed the task with as little disruption to us as possible. They did it on time and on budget and they were not satisfied with the work until we were satisfied with the work. We would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them for any construction and finishing requirements.

Mark and Trevor were amazing to deal with giving us guidance and assistance with each decision. Mark & his team (Garry & Brooke) turned the 1960's decor of our bathroom (house built in 1948) into the jewel of our house. All work was done on time with attention to detail. I recently had my bathroom completely redone. It is a relatively small room which was pretty much in its original state since 1955. Mark and Trevor completely tore it down and rebuilt an absolutely beautiful oasis and spa-like bathroom. From the first time Mark Wilson came to my home to give me the quote, which was very reasonable, to the last day of the job, he and Trevor and the rest of the team were very professional and kind at all times. From the initial consultation to the final hanging of our pictures they informed and assisted us in every way. We were impressed with the high quality of their work. They not only did a great job they exceeded our expectations. We never could have imagined or envisioned that it would turn out looking so good. But Mark and Trevor knew and told us exactly what our choices were. Drywall and trim work look fantastic. They were very creative in designing an appealing looking and accessible electrical panel cover. Their experience and knowledge of renovations and remodeling were evident.
