Han-Cor Construction just finished a big renovation for me, of a 1965-built home. It included two new bedrooms, a bath, and a laundry room in an unfinished basement; updated family room and craft room; new closets upstairs; and a kitchen refresher. Jason Hanrahan is meticulous and demands the same high standards from his subs. I’m very pleased with the quality of the work and his attention to detail. I highly recommend him and his firm.

Jason and his team recently completed our kitchen renovation - the second one which we've used him for as we'd used his services for a kitchen reno at our previous house 6 years ago. Once again, Jason did quality work for us, and the project was finished on time, even with some unforeseen structural issues when we tore out the old kitchen. Jason helped us navigate through that process successfully and we are very pleased with our new kitchen.

We launched a major house addition just as Covid started and what may have been a more daunting task was made much easier by the attention Jason paid to our concerns. I wanted to take time to send a big thank you to Jason and his team for doing an outstanding job on our new bathroom. This was a challenging job as our house was built back in 1930, so as you can imagine there isn’t a straight angle to be found. Jason and his team totally gutted our bathroom and took my wife’s design to completion. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was something special. With all jobs there are challenges that inevitably come up, but Jason along with Joffery, one of his main guys, were there every time to address them and make them right. The outcome of the job was that it exceeded our expectations. From the real barnboard walls, gorgeous cabinets, and the most beautiful walk in shower you can imagine, we couldn’t be happier. We are now looking forward to working with Han-Cor on our next project this coming fall, when we will be asking Jason and his team execute on my wife’s new design or our bedroom which is attached to this new beautiful bathroom. We can’t wait. So, from the two us we want to thank Jason and Joffery for delivering on this beautiful project.
