Habermehl did a full kitchen renovation at my condo. It included demolition and wall removal; new drywalling; a new tile floor; assembling and installing new cabinets; a new backsplash; a new sink, faucet, and dishwasher; and all the associated electrical and plumbing work. We bought a home that we loved, but with a yard that needed a lot of work. We contacted Habermehl becuase of the great reviews and the fact that they are a long standing family owned business, and we did not regret our choice. We ended up getting major landscaping, including a retaining wall and adding almost 15 feet of flat ground to a previously very steep hill, a new deck and two sets of stairs with garden boxes. We even joked with the neighbours that during the next hurricane, we'll take shelter under the stairs they are so well built! Honestly, without Habermehl and all of their work with the multiple contractors that we needed (giant rocks and crazy amounts of stone for the yard, the fencing, and the decking) we would not have the the beautiful space we have now, and definitely not to this high of a standard. Their excellent communication throughout the project made us feel comfortable as owners, and if anything needed to be changed, they made sure they got the best price for us. I would absolutely use them again.

They did a fine job restoring it all, and we were very happy with their work ethic and site tidiness (especially Luke). Also appreciated the daily photo updates and progress reports. I loved working for this company. They were very persistent about the quality of their finished product, and I think that's what any apprentice carpenter needs to be exposed to. It's either perfect, or you fix it. You'll learn very quickly that way.
