Terrible. Signed a contract in June to repair our roof/gutter and gave them a deposit. They did not do the job and are no longer returning our emails or calls. Nor, have they returned our deposit as requested. It is now November. No stars should be an option. We wrote this review and a reply was immediately made indicating that there were supply issues and offered to send our deposit back. It was amazing to see how quickly they responded when a negative review was received. It is now December 5 and we have still not received our deposit back. Seems they have a supply issue with their company cheques as well.

Can't say enough about the great experience we had with WGR in having our home re-shingled. Everyone from initial consultation to post installation follow-up was friendly, professional and responsive. Crew worked hard and did a fantastic clean-up. Had one minor issue after job was done and absolutely no problem in getting that rectified. An outstanding local business that I have no hesitation in recommending if you're looking for quality workmanship.

Wm Green Roofing just completed the removal and re-installation of shingles on my Century home. It was a tough job with a steep pitch, rear addition, front porch, valleys, etc. Jessie, Jack and Paul provided excellent service from the quote, through project coordination, to finish. This was all accomplished in very hot summer weather. Paul's crew did a first-class job on the roof and installed new Velux skylights. Moreover, they did their work safely, cleaned up the job site, and explained every step of the process. My new GAF Timberline shingles also look great on this old Victorian home. After having seen the workmanship and quality on the main sections of my roof I am have having them back to do some follow-on work on a flat section (i.e. Widow's Peak). I had a very positive experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding workmanship, quality product (GAF fiberglass shingles), and most important, a great crew and supervisors. In and out in one day, they left a clean property, and were back to correct 1 minor issue same day. I'd use them again, but, unlikely to outlive the 50 year warranty.

In response to your reply to my 1 star review: my elderly mother was cornered by Mr. Green and engaged in a shouting match on my front porch. She was shaking. How dare the owner of a company come to my door during a pandemic, get in the face of an elderly woman and start shouting? We have absolutely 0 emails or physical mailed invoices outstanding from your company. If you don't retract what you said I will release the video from my door camera as proof of the fact Mr. Green asked me to punch him and threatened to not leave my residence without cash in hand. This shakedown approach to getting an invoice paid went out in the 50's. You won't be hearing from the Melnichenko's again, don't worry. P.s. Enjoy my grandpa's house you live in and the deal he gave you. It's a hell of a deal compared to shaking his grandson down for 400 bucks. Despicable.

Had the roof stripped, wrapped, and redone in less than two working days. End result was very nice, and the cleanup was very professional. What minor damage occurred was quickly noted on final inspection with a promise to make it right. Wasn't our cheapest estimate (middle of the pack) but came highly recommended by a friend of ours who had used previously. Would recommend for sure! FOLLOWUP - repairs were completed in less than 24 hours of pointing out the minor cosmetic damage to eaves-trough deflectors. AMAZING response to our (really nitpicky) concern.

They were always on tIme every time we met with them. We always judge a company by how they handle problems more than by what goes right. There were a couple of small issues that occurred on the job and Wm Green was right there to make it right. We are extremely happy with the job they did and our roof looks great! Wm Green Roofing re-shingled my roof and installed two new skylights in Sept. of 2017. I was a bit disappointed because the installers forgot to remove the spacers in the installation of the skylights, resulting in water coming into our loft. Jack was very responsive and they came to fix the problem right away. However the damage was done because I couldn't tell how long this was happening for. But when I reached out to the company about how they were going to support me in the repair for the damage, i didn't hear anything for months. Once they finally did come around to respond, they provided us with some compensation.

TLDR; Old roof = Bad roof New roof = Great roof WM Green = Great Company, 100% Recommend DIY projects = Not for everyone... WM Green was referred to us by a friend and we could not be happier. We bought our first house this year knowing the roof needed some work. Being an old house the roof had a significant bow to it, the shingles had seen better days and the DIY repairs were.. interesting to say the least. Though a small house, we knew it was going to be a bigger job and were quite nervous how it would turn out. Nick and his team nailed it. The crew did an amazing job and Nick was very patient with me and answered all my annoying questions. Our roof is now straight and looks absolutely fantastic. At least a dozen neighbors commented how great it looks. 100% recommend WM Green.

I 1st contacted Wm Green a couple of years ago on the recommendation of my sister. I was so impressed by their excellent workmanship with replacing my skylight and installing a heating cable that I called them back regarding replacing my roof. Jesse and Jack were both very professional, thorough and accomodating in providing the estimate and ensuring that the work was done according to our agreement. I felt reassured that they knew what they were talking about and that the job would be done correctly. I was grateful that my roof would not be stripped and left open to the elements for days. The crew worked in sections so that each area was recovered prior to them leaving for the day. Jack was in and out during the job ensuring that everything was done as per our agreement. The crew even came back on a saturday to finish up a few things that had been missed. Jack visited once the job was completed to ensure that I was satisfied. Everything was left very tidy at the end of the day and there was minimal damage to my gardens. I would highly recommend Wm Green roofing

July 2019 - We are very pleased with our new GAF SLATELINE shingles and the expert (plus 100% polite) workmen who installed them. The new roof looks great from the street and also close up - with all the corners/valleys/vent flashings looking clean and tight. WM Green roofing was a pleasure to work with. I called their office on a rainy day when my roof started to leak into my kitchen. He promptly set up his team to visit my house to take a look at the roof that same day! After review of the leak, it was determined that a small repair would need to be done, and I was scheduled in right away. Their team explained the budget, and the work that needed to be done thoroughly. They arrived to my house as originally scheduled and were in and out in no time. The experience from start to finish was efficient, professional and fair, and all expenses were exactly as originally discussed – no games!
