Do not expect this company to get back to you. The lady who answers the phone is very nice and works the scheduled/posted hours, but I think she's the only one. Called 3 times to talk to her and no one ever came or contacted me back. I feel like some of these 5* ratings are fabricated. Went with another company that has a good rating and they have been working out of their scheduled hours to assist us.

My roof was just completed this afternoon. I initially dealt with Moose to obtain a quote for both mine and a neighbour's roof. Everyone on the crew was very friendly, respectful and excellent to deal with. The roof looks great and the level of clean-up was exceptional. Thank you to every one of you, job very well done!

Quick, Professional, Easy to Deal With and Very Reasonable...JUST AWESOME!! From the get go, Moose and the crew were great. They came out immediately, made sure the leak in my roof would not get worse "even before the work was scheduled to start". Any fears or reservations I had during my search, disappeared immediately after dealing with Moose, he was amazing! He spent quite a bit of time educating me, going over the options for a new roof, answering all my questions and negotiating a fair price. The work was done very quickly and the crew were always friendly, professional, answered my questions and really put my mind at ease. They actually even fixed a small siding issue that had nothing to do with the roof for me for free, "just good value". In the end I was very happy with the speed, the crew, how they did the work and how it was managed by Moose! I've already recommended them to family and friends. Very professional, I believe they proved really good value and most importantly, when all was said and done, there were no question marks or doubts about my choice... I definitely made the right decision!

A beautiful new roof! Working with Webcon Roofing was a very efficient and professional process from beginning to end. To start off, we had a meeting to discuss my various choices for shingles, vents, troughs, and underlay. We also discussed the warranties for the different shingles. I received lots of useful information and no superfluous sales pitch nonsense. Their prices are very competitive. The team that did the work blasted it off in a day and then came back for a couple of hours the next day to do the finishing touches, a thorough clean-up, and to remove the garbage bin. I highly recommend them.

Our roof was done during the winter and the Webcon quality team inspected the roof once the snow melted. They employ friendly workers who are considerate of the people around the home. Had their estimator come out and tell me that I have to pay more for labour as my roof is too steep to boom shingles onto roof, so they would have to use ladder jack. The company I chose had shingles boomed up by Herman's - no issues. Secondly, the estimator told me that my roof was under-vented so I could add one ventilation max roof vent and keep four others. When I checked ventilation maximum website to get more info on these vents it clearly said you cannot mix their vents and traditional pancake vents.

We just had Webcon redo our roof and it looks amazing! Our entire experience with this company was fabulous. Moose and Nakao are the best! They are the staff we first met, who came to our house to discuss the different shingles available, the size of the job, the warranty, etc. You won't find two people more personable, friendly and knowledgeable. The work crew was efficient and were careful when removing the shingles, ensuring they didn't damage an Internet cable on the roof. We were warned by our Internet provider that the cable gets cut all the time by roofing companies, requiring the homeowner to pay the Internet provider to come and put in a new cable. So we really appreciated the care the Webcon crew showed. Overall, a great job for a reasonable price when compared to other companies.

Gave Webcon roofing a call to remove a leaky skylight and some roof repairs, they were there within the day to take a look at it , then set up a date for the next day which was very convenient for me. We knew we were going to have to replace our roof this year, and had been hoping to wait until the fall - but Mother Nature had other plans for us. After the windstorms this past spring we were forced to call a few places to get estimates on replacing our roof. I will admit that Webcon was a last minute thought as we remembered that they had done a few other roofs in the neighborhood...so we fired off an email to them and the next thing we know Webcon is sending out Moose to give us an estimate. Moose was the first and only person to call and arrange a visit while we were at home. (The other places just left a piece of paper at the front door with a quote - some even while we were home) He came and answered all my annoying questions about the process. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we were happy and comfortable with all his answers all WITHOUT any pressure! As busy as they are he was able to get a crew out to us within a couple of weeks to prevent any further damage to our home. After a few hiccups that were beyond his control, and despite the extreme heat & humidty this week, the crew did a fabulous job! Our roof looks amazing! If you are in the market for a new roof - this is the company you want to call! Don't even waste your time calling another company! There were a few windy days in late March, resulting in blow-offs on the original roof that was built in 2011, so we decided to get the whole roof redone. On April 2nd, we received a quote and by April 27th, the work was complete - great turnaround time and the quality of work is outstanding. Nakao, Jenn, Moose, Jeff, Nicky and Drew were all a great help and a pleasure to work with. What most impressed me was the dedication the crew had to ensuring the roof was water-tight every evening before leaving. On the second day of work, the air compressor failed, but Jeff, Nicky and Drew quickly got a backup to the site, and worked into the evening on a Friday, until the roof was sealed. They even came on a Saturday to finish up and clean, and when I mentioned a few additional spots for cleaning, they came back again and cleaned that too! You can't get this level of service just anywhere! Thank you so much for your dedication and hard work!

WEBCON TO THE RESCUE: Congratulations to anyone who has finally found this website & this roofing company. Your worries about selecting the wrong people are over. After a conversation with Mark, who is the site supervisor & estimator, he had workers at our house to replace all of our crumbling shingles within 48 hours. 11 hours later, that 5 man crew turned an eyesore into a home to be proud of all over again. Can't speak to the quality of their work but extremely disappointed in their business practices. I received a quote and 4 days past their "15 day" quotation validity period gave them the go ahead to proceed. They then said they needed to remeasure and came back with a 25% higher rate plus beyond that an additional amount for a shed (which is fine since it was added work). Their was a renovation being during the initial quote but the footprint did not change and the pitch(6) was provided to the estimator. I was initially told the price changed because of additional material and when I debunked that excuse since the roof size did not change by any drastic extent was told that they were busier now and had jobs coming up and it was past the 15 day validity period (by 4 days). So buyer beware with their initial quote since in my opinion this was outright price ouging. Since i can't reply to webcons response let me say if your estimator was out "18-20 bundles" thats over 650 sq/ft on a roof that on an extremely generous estimate is no more than 1000 sq/ft. The roof of the addition was not complete however it was built on an existing garage footprint so it would seem he forgot half the roof. If the owner would like to reach out and discuss further I qould be happy to speak.

Very disappointed that WEBCON continuously puts up signs all over our neighbourhood in violation of Guelph sign bylaws. They have been doing it for years and it makes our neighbourhood look awful. It is like littering. Do ads in local media instead.

We were looking to get our roof replaced, called around a few places, ended up going with Webcon Roofing. We called them because our friends dealt through them last year and had a really good experience. Our Estimator Mark was easily the easist person to work with, we had other roofers come and talk "roofers talk" which we didnt understand, Mark put everyting into laymans terms, and answered all of our questions. We've had our roofs replaced in the past with some of the "lowest price" roofers and will never do that again. If you want a good quality job, This is definitiely the Roofing company to go with.
