Bill and SRC was wonderful to work with from quote to final project completion. All staff were very professional and pleasant when in our home. During the renovation they kept a very clean workspace as well. They finished our basement for us and really helped us to make a floor plan to maximize a small space. Bill had great solutions for areas such as inset shelves, etc. One day he sent us an email with a video explanation of an idea he had for a space. His communication was top notch. He is extremely trustworthy and honest which we greatly appreciated. With any major project there will always be little hiccups and in our experience, there were very few issues at all. All questions and concerns were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. Bill was also very open and resourceful as we worked to complete our project within our planned budget goals. We would absolutely recommend SRC and will use them again for future projects.

We recently finished our kitchen, dinette, dining room, & powder room renovations. Speed River Contracting (SRC) efficiently handled removal of old cabinetry as well as the reconstruction (including plumbing and electrical) of our new spaces. Communication between us and SRC, specifically Bill and Charlotte, was always, and we mean always - open, timely and clear! Even though the pandemic brought its own challenges, we were kept informed of progress plans, and never worried about being 'lost in the shuffle'. Our renovations involved the removal of a load bearing wall and extensive repairs to underground plumbing.
