This was our first renovation project (a basement reno and a two-piece addition) so we were a little nervous going into it, but working with Marc, Joe and their trades proved to be incredibly easy and worry-free. Marc is very professional and has excellent communication skills - we would get frequent detailed reports on how things were progressing and what our timeline should look like. We had the most incredible experience with OTIS Interiors as they overhauled our master bedroom. Jasmine is insanely talented and took the time to understand what we wanted, how we wanted the room to feel and how we wanted it to work for our family. Each of the concepts were breathtaking and it was hard to pick as everything was gorgeous and bang on with what we liked. She the made the process so easy - she sourced all of the materials and design and we simply had to say "yes" or "no". The final results completely took my breath away - the highest quality items and the most beautiful designs. Jasmine and her fantastic crew took care of every aspect of setting up our room, I didn't have to lift a finger.
