We had an excellent experience with Empire Roofing and Exteriors. They approached us because they noticed one of our shingles had blown off. Kenny was kind enough to re-attach the blown shingle for no charge while giving us a quote for the roof. In the process he discovered extensive wind damage and suggested we send in a claim for insurance. Kenny was knowledgable, friendly and professional. He provided video evidence and a report for our insurance company. In the end, the entire new roof was covered by insurance. This was way above and beyond what we expected. The work crew was skilled and easy to work with. We ran into some snags with previous undetected water damage. Kenny helped us rectify the damage and connected us with another company to complete the repair. You are in great hands with this company. Kenny provides a personal touch to oversee that the job is done right.

I contacted Empire Roofing and Exteriors to repair a patch of shingles that had blown off my roof. When Kenny arrived, he temporarily fixed the region with a tarp and noticed that the majority of my roof had severe wind damage. Kenny performed a detailed "video inspection" of my roof and then outlined the various steps in the repair process and quoted a great price for the repair, which included higher wind-rated shingles. Kenny's crew did a great job installing the new room and cleaning up afterwards. A few days later, Kenny followed up to assess the workmanship. Thanks to Kenny's rigorous assessment on that first visit, I was able to receive the full amount for my new roof through my insurance provider. I highly recommend contacting Empire Roofing and Exterior for any roof repair.

Kenny and his team were great, from the start when Kenny came and went up to inspect the roof and advised it was time to replace. I was impressed when the team came and worked in the cold winter winds, although they were delayed by 2 days of very cold weather Kenny went out of his way to to keep me informed even removing the waste bin so I could park in the driveway and bringing in a trailer for the old roof when the weather allowed them to finish the work. I would tell anyone that asked for a name of a company to repair or replace their roof to talk Empire Roofing they will not lead you wrong and they will ensure that all is done correct from the installation to the cleanup and communication truly a company that knows customers deserve respect and the best quality work.

Searched online for companies in Guelph that would replace shingles on house. Kenny followed up with phone call explaining process, sent documentation/quote and met us at house. Later, since we wanted our soffits and fascia replaced as well and Empire exteriors does this, asked if that could be included in quote too; not a problem. Though covid was/is still a thing and weather for a lot of summer has been unpredictable we now have a new roof and aluminum gutters done by Empire exteriors. Neighbours have commented on how good the place looks and the transformation. Lastly, I’m a very detail oriented person and I would say that Kenny and his crews not only met my expectations at a price that was competitive but were responsive to my questions and concerns. I had an amazing experience with Empire Roofing. I recently purchased a home and was concerned about the eaves trough potentially needing replacement or repair. Kenny arrived and after hearing my concerns did a thorough check of my entire trough system cleaning it as he went along. He was able to also assess any concerns with my roof, bathroom ventilation system and even checked out my attack to look for mold. Throughout the process he was informative, helpful and even took a few pictures to show me what he thought could be problematic over time. As well he was able to hammer down/replace a few nails that had become loose or stripped and caulked a few places that hadn't been caulked properly or at all in the past. In the end, I did not require a new gutter system and only needed to do a bit more cleaning on my own. The rates were extremely low and the quality service I received was excellent and informative. I will definitely recommend Kenny and Empire Roofing as I had a truly excellent experience with this company
