Was just in for a device upgrade and it was such a great experience. Sydney was awesome to deal with, she hooked me up with a sweet plan and an awesome accessories. We talked about cats and tattoos(my favorite topics) She was so friendly and it made getting an upgrade even sweeter. Thank you so much! :)

My bill went from being over 100$ with telus to less than 60 with the same plan with Virgin. The manager helped me afford a plan that was within my budget and at the same time helped me get a newer phone . If you want to upgrade your phone or your plan, Virgin on the mall is definitely where you'd want to go. Compared to every other company in GP, with Virgin you get help immediately and they actually answer their phones and are able to help with any questions or concerns you have.

Sept 18/2021 I had the pleasure of having Kyle assist me with my new iPhone mini 12 and I was so pleased with his service, he answered all my questions, showed me how to do this , that and whatever I needed he helped me with. Lauryn also helped in assisting if Kyle was unsure. Horrible customer service and system. Received 2 over priced bills the last 2 months and they gave me credit which was alright but it still told me to pay a bill so I called and they said you can use your existing credit and it will cover the bill so I clicked pay bill and it charged out of my bank account another $100 so I called back for a refund and bow i have to wait over a month to get my money back. Virgin Plus is awful with over charging and horrid customer service. Do not choose virgin!

The customer service is terrible. Upgraded phones and they racked on excess charges without letting us know. Once called about the excess charges the customer service rep was very ignorant and rude
